3 BIG disappointing mistakes by the store manager with my iphone purchase from this store with 3 new lines-1. $1000 trade off value promised during time of purchase but awarded only $830 per phone - Net loss of $510 (170 per phone)2. Initial bill expected amount - $320 + taxes but actual amount paid was $577 - Net loss of $200+3. $200 promotional credit never received within the promotion expiry. - Net loss of $200Additional costs:7-8 trips to the store: $20 each trip uber ride- $160No replies to my texts. No guidance on refunds.Overall loss incurred - $1000+ and I am just 2 months in business with them.Advice - Setup your Verizon purchase elsewhere if you don't want to incur heavy losses

General manager was extremely helpful and was able to ameliorate a bad situation I was in regarding the security of my account. Super helpful and accommodating.

We dealt with Emanuel to open a new business account. We could not have been more pleased with him and all his efforts. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he was so pleasant to talk to. Thank you again Emanuel!

Very suspicious behavior. They were very good at schmoozing me using the wrong words to get me to sign up for their services. Then I had to go there twice more because I didn't get the first month of the 5G Home Internet for free (as promised, I was supposed to just "test it"). Well, I kept the service and was charged for the first month anyway. So I talked to this manager woman, who said, "Oh yes, it's my staff. They never follow what I tell them. I told them to be careful with the wording." I recorded this, by the way (it's incredible what people will say they never said later on). In short, she pretty much acted very unprofessionally, throwing all her stuff under the bus and calling them all a bunch of idiots who can't use the right words, lol. So she then told me that she was going to fix it and call me back since she was the only good one working there, but she never did. So I went there again, and she had no idea who I was, didn't remember me, and hadn't taken any notes (and that was two weeks later). She was like, "Oh yeah, just call this person tomorrow." All of a sudden, she couldn't make it happen for me, lol. She couldn't care less. So, of course, this other person, Robert, didn't call me back. When I actually got a hold of him, he sounded all flustered on the phone, saying, "Oh my God, it's so busy here; it's Friday. I can't talk to you right now, but I'll call you back in 10 minutes," as if he worked at a hospital or something and were saving people, lol. Of course he never did (not surprising to me at that point), so another week went by, and I called them, and they said, "Oh, Rob's off today." So I called the next day, and another guy said, "Oh yeah, you're this phone number right, so he's going to call you back. He's on a break right now, and it's only going to be 30 minutes." And of course, nobody called me back. Today, as a final attempt, I called the store before 8 p.m., and nobody answered the phone. So just be careful when dealing with those people, because they're nothing but a bunch of incompetent crooks. I resolved the issue with the online Verizon representative, though. Avoid this store like the plague. You've been warned.

The entire team is fantastic.Had MAJOR COMPLICATIONS with an online pre-order but my associate,Elijah,worked more than two hours after close making sure I had a phone.But again,the entire team there were great.I refuse to go anywhere else for my Verizon needs if i'm able.Thanks Guys.Thanks Elijah my Fold 5 is NICE!!!And Verizons' trade in $$$ are INSANE!!THX

You can tell when someone sincerely is a people person and loves helping others and you can tell when someone doesn’t really care but they’re doing it because they get paid to do it. I honestly wouldn’t return to this location! I’m overly experienced in retail, sales, customer service you name it I’ve done it and I literally wasn’t helped from the time came in and from leaving. I’m not going to pull the race card HOWEVER the Hispanic were definitely greeted and as an African American woman they looked confused on why I came into their establishment!! Customer service is going down hill and honestly you can tell Racism still exist!! Stop discriminating & start actually doing your job!!

There were 2 employees with 2 other customers. Neither greeted us upon arrival. After 10 minutes, we left and purchased our items across the lot at Walmart.

I have been stopping by here strictly when I'm in genuine need, whether it be for my phone or other services. I have in-turn received genuine help from the same fellows who have worked at this store for years now.I can personally vouch for the staff, if you need help you will be seen to accordingly, and treated with respect. On more than one occasion the staff here have gone beyond their "job" duties to help me out, and I'd like to give them a real shout out for not just being good at their jobs, but downright caring about it too.On a plus side, they tend to have a good stock of phones available for purchase and trade ins, I have always left with the color of phone I have preferred to have upon leaving. Also I can sometimes be easy to please, these gentlemen go above and beyond your standards, that goes for any store representative.? Kudos and keep up the good work boys!
