This place has no sense of customer service.
They hate Amazon returns and always give customers a hard time when they come to return amzon returns at this location.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
went online and selected the “shipping your TV” option. the quote received was 168.00 after UPS Ground, Additional Handling - Weight, Fuel Surcharge.
went into the store and a gentlemen assisted- was told the total is $400 for 60 lbs. informed him that in my end it shows a quote of $168 why is it $400. He then said on his end it is showing $400 disregarding the website I had pulled up on my end with the quote. He then said the cost is $400 for this pounds. As he LIED and said it is $400 for the pound we said ok obviously very disappointed.
Later on- I went back online and started from scratch to see if I made a mistake and confirmed I did not. Received the same amount again and immediately went to check the “sticker” part received rather than my receipt and noticed the amount was indeed around $160 however the guy failed to mention that there is a large package fee for over $200! I would NOT have proceeded had he broken it down to us on this billing. He literally said it is $400 to ship a 60lb TV. This is very unacceptable. How would you not clarify all of the information to your customers to see how they would like to proceed? I then also selected print the “terms and conditions” under this section when confirming my address and he did not hand it to me.
Would also like to add- no where on the shipping TV option is this there.
Was informed by UPS escalations that this is a separate store and they apparently make their own additional fees. Was told the owner name is VASUDHA UPPALAPATI. I will definitely be having my attorney looking into this because this should’ve been provided (the cost breakdown) to your customers so they can approve this or not based on your “additional fees”.
UPDATE- mgr calls you to argue with you and say the same thing you tell her. A complete joke! Don’t bother resolving with stores and just go ahead and get your attorneys involved when needed.
She then says she can issue a $38 refund and THEN says to delete the review AND that she has to charge me all over again and cannot just issue a $38 refund! They are SCAMMERS and RACIST.
UPDATE- the TV has arrived BROKEN. spoke with UPS and was told the value was not added on the TV. Here we are again- employee failing to do his job and ask me how much the TV was. Employee only asked what was in the box. Spoke back with the SM and she argues that he asked me the value of the item. Arguing stating this as if she was there. I tried to give these people the chance to correct their mistakes but it’s official. Get an attorney involved for situations like this don’t even bother getting help by the store.

Go here if you want to argue about small things, be proven wrong on silly points and make shipping by UPS unnecessarily complicated.Go somewhere else if you want to drop, ship and not worry about anything else. There are 20 ups in the vicinity.

I always use this UPS Store and send my courier, I used this UPS store for shipping my imp docs yesterday and asked a question and the way I got response hurted, I request to change the behavior while responding to customer please. As a imp docs i always have questions hope you should understand and respond with patiently.

During my visits, I encountered two Indian employees(lady and guy) whose behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional.Each interaction was characterized by raised voices and a disconcerting attitude, making me feel like an unwelcome burden rather than a valued customer. Such service is not only unhelpful but also creates an uncomfortable and hostile environment, tarnishing the company’s reputation.I urge UPS management to conduct a surprise audit or review of this particular store and take necessary action.I mistakenly posted about the wrong location yesterday. This is the correct store. Previously, this UPS store was a great place, especially with the former staff member, but now its reputation is being significantly damaged by the current employees.I am scared about visiting this location due to the unwelcoming attitude of these employees.If UPS management has any doubts regarding this review, I request that you personally visit and verify my claims.

They ask money for printing the return label. This is so awkward, It was a free facility with previous UPS store in South Carolina. Poor customer service..!
