I feel the need to write a review for the pharmacy simply because of how difficult today was. My 5 year old needed her MANDATORY flu shot for school and we went today and she had a full on meltdown. Screaming. Crying. Refusing to get the shot. Hugs, balloons, lollipops, nothing was helping. It was humiliating and took roughly 25 mins to calm her down. It was pretty hard to not lose my cool after 15 mins. The 2 female pharmacists were absolute professional lifesavers. They both had the same name, which escape me. Tatiana maybe? Either way shout out to them for getting this done. Shout out for them keeping their cool and being so gracious and kind. Shout out for their help and calm demeanor because frankly I was at my wits ends. So thank you. Just thank you. This type of kindness needs to be recognized and acknowledged.

While I hate the Acme grocery store with a passion, the same can’t be said for the pharmacy. Elizabeth, Dana and their staff are wonderful. They know me by name and when I had to receive a vaccine that I was nervous about. Dana answered all of my questions and didn’t rush through it. Highly recommend using Acme Pharmacy if you don’t already!

I have used this pharmacy since it was part of A&P when the building was first built about 25 years ago. Betty, the head pharmacist has been there the entire time.Service is outstanding, prices are great whether using insurance or GoodRx (its lower than other pharmacies nearby too) and you can get your meds quickly no more than 2 days, but usually next day. The entire pharmacy team, including their newest pharmacist Dana for when Betty is off, are friendly, polite, and respectful. Acme Pharmacy is great for getting flu shots, COVID boosters, vaccines against shingles & pneumonia, and most immunizations as well. Why go any where else???

this store is horrible! they expect people to buy their food through doordash and instacart and not provide bags! there's not even an option to buy them anymore. then when the driver comes they have to bring individual items that are all over their car to the customer. I called the manager but she was too unintelligent to comprehend what their job is they don't care. I called up corporate they seemed more concerned about it but obviously they didn't do anything about it cuz the store still doing the same BS the manager should be fired and the front end personnel who run the front end are also ignorant!

I am a new customer for several months now and the service at this pharmacy is second to none! Wow what a difference from CVS. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. They actually answer the phone. If you go on line you can view all your prescriptions and details about the RX. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Dr. Elizabeth takes good care of you and takes her time to explain everything in detail. Love this place!

My go to neighborhood grocery store plus there is a Starbucks and UPS which is very convenient. And a Usps mailbox another convenience! Decent select of groceries and flowers sometimes overpriced.

I don't really ever feel compelled to write a review for a supermarket. But I am so impressed with the bakery department here, I needed to share. Samantha in the bakery department is AMAZING. I walked in there completely flustered yesterday looking for a pull apart cake (a cake made of cupcakes) for a personal event that I needed that night. Nothing they had out was really appropriate and I asked if they had any plain ones without any art on them. Which they didn't, but she said she'd do it if I could wait a bit. Well.. she went ahead a quickly worked her magic. She wrote the message on the cake and decorated it perfectly. I will absolutely be returning for future events (ideally a little less flustered and with more time). Thanks Samantha! You killed it and my friend loved it, you made their day so much more special

Absolutely horrid customer service skills at the Acme in Kenilworth, NJ. I ordered from the app for pick up, they didn't contact me to let me know there were going to be substitutions just made for me. I am on a very restricted diet so the substitutions weren't anything I could have. Thankfully I looked at the receipt before I went to pick up my groceries. I called their store, was transferred to the shipping department and when I asked for a refund I was told "well you're not getting a refund till tomorrow bc I can't do that" I then asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to the Starbucks for some reason. The girl at Starbucks couldn't figure out how to transfer me so she just hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. The very unprofessional manager named Brian came on the line and told me "I can see if someone from that department is still here but if not, you're going to have to wait until tomorrow bc I don't know how to do that". Ummmmm, aren't you the manager Brian?!?! He then put me on hold and came back and said that he will personally refund me the money (all of a sudden he knows how to do it?). So far, we haven't seen anything from the bank nor have we gotten anything in writing through email from Acme, that the order was canceled. I am disgusted and thoroughly disappointed in Acme for this! I'll go back and deal with the crowds at shop rite...at least I know my orders will be correct and their customer service skills are on point at all times! DO BETTER ACME!
