TERRIBLE !!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE !!!! BEWARE OF SCAMS.

This particular company was subcontracted by AMB moving to do my out of state move unbeknownst to our knowledge. They were not part of the original contract we had signed with America 1st Moving.
This company utilized an independent tractor trailer driver that goes by the name of “Julio” who is probably the worst and most inexperienced driver we’ve ever seen. I’ve personally work in the trucking business before and I’m at a loss for words when trying to describe this man. Can’t drive a truck and has zero customer service or people skills.
Do yourself a favor and hire a different moving company and save yourself unnecessary stress !!!
Julio is a scam artist who will rip you off and hold your belongings hostage until he is paid in cash. He will deliver your belongings in pieces and will give you that blank stupid stare when you question his work ethics.
Ronnie, even though you ripped us off as well, $700 plus extra dollars for space we didn’t actually use as I measured the U-Haul truck Julio used as well as video recorded the entire unloading process. We were well under 1016cf. I appreciate you trying to make things right in the end. I guess your conscience was getting to you after you realized we were good people. However, shame on you Ronnie for hiring Julio and not putting him in his place when he acted out of line during this most unsettling ordeal.
In sum, PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not use this company for any of your needs. Save yourself unnecessary stress and hire someone else. We will definitely be filing official complaints with the appropriate agencies and will be taking legal action as well against all parties involved. This is not over. Run away!! This moving company is terrible. They lowballed the estimate for the move to get the contract. When the movers came they immediately said it would cost more. They wouldn't give me a refund for the down payment and I had to be moved that day. The move was $900 more than agreed upon. The workers broke a lamp when they were loading up. They broke a TV, A coffee table and shelving unit. They "lost" 4 items worth $400. They severely damaged a $2000 bedroom set. They were 3 days late. The insurance company only paid out $96.

Scam and disgusting. My things were broken while they packed the house a desk and my massage chair worth over $400. The owner asked for my belongings even to have my dog and I felt like if I didn't give him them he would "lose" or "break" my things. I gave him an office chair because it was no longer needed without the desk he broke. I didn't give him my dog. He advised that things that were going to cost extra when the broker America's Moving Company advised that should not be the case. He lied on the paperwork and asked me for $370 dollars and he wouldn't upcharge me for the cubic feet then added a whole thousand dollars to the bill. He made comments at how cheap the rate was. We argued in my house and they speak Spanish so you don't hear them. I feel abused as I get phone calls every day stating they will deliver with time and then nobody shows. The phone number goes to a place where there is no vmail EVER. This person should be arrested. I have to contact the Department of Transportation for this company as well as America's First Moving Company in Deerfield Beech, FL. America's First Moving Company is the broker who chose this guy and I have a child whose sleeping on a bare floor. It has been 6 days and all they keep saying is oh well they have 10 days for a move from South Jersey to Myrtle Beach. Do not use them.

Very poor delivery company, I recommend not using them, they damaged our furniture, our floors, and lost one of our favorite furniture pieces, they did not offer anything to make things right. I would rate them a zero if I could. If I could have given them a zero, I would too. They lost a very nice piece of furniture and could have cared less. They should not be in business, I filed a claim worth thousands of dollars and they offered me $50, they are a joke of a moving company, driver was very rude and aggressive too.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I don’t like to write hate reviews, but in this case I need to do so to save everyone else’s time, money, and aggravation I need everyone to know how terrible this company is. I find them very sketchy, only care about money, and not about keeping you in the know or your stuff safe. They broke or lost or damage the majority of our items in our cross country move. It was very clear that animals got into our stuff and chewed on things. Single shoes were ripped out of boxes. Furniture was completely smashed. And all they offered us was a measly $98 after a stressful confusing claims system. Customer service was not helpful and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT use this company!!

These people are scammers!!!! They charged us triple the money and took the move to Orlando instead of West Palm Beach. All our things arrived broken or in poor condition. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I moved from Virginia to Indiana last year. Not only did they up moving expenses they also damaged a lot of irreplaceable items of my family heirlooms. When I tried to get retribution back and I sent pictures of all the damage items they sent it to a mediator and all they offered was $90 to compensate for everything that I had lost. They are not very reputable and not worth via aggravation to try to get retribution

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The reviews are accurate - damaged or missing items, customer service is non-existent (assuming you can get them to answer the phone), and the claims process is sooooo tedious most folks won't bother.

Read the other reviews. They disassemble all of your things and then refuse to reassemble upon arrival, after promising they will.

I went through a broker to find a quality and reputable company in 2020 to help with my relocation from Columbus to Alpharetta. If you are looking for a long distance moving company this would be one for sure you should not consider.There are clear reasons they have the rating in the bbb, and low ratings on every Public facing site. The reviews about price increases, poor customer service, damaged or missing products, significant time days are all from my experience 100 percent true and accurate. Recommended not to use this company.

I thought Everest was moving me, but it turns out, not really. I'm not sure anything that happened is the fault of Integrated Moving Solutions, who picked up my stuff, or the guys who delivered it--but once Everest got my business, they took no responsibility for anything that happened after that.

Movers did not take care of any of my items. Did not bother to take anything apart for moving. Overcharged me for a 100 cubic feet and claimed I had 5 extra items which was not true, costing me over $400. And when my stuff arrived I received multiple broken items

Had a date and time set up with a 4 hr window. Drove 2 hrs to storage unit...this company never showed up trying to set a later time.....that they couldn't meet either...Set up a 3 hr window for the following day...drove back home and returned the following day.....still no show in the 3.hour window and still waiting 2 hrs later.This company is a broker and as far as I know not a mover...they have zero communication skills and left us stranded never informing us of the delays until we inquired repeatedly. Even then things were not clear and we still were shafted the next day.. .....As of now this hasn't been resolved.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Broker's name: Adam Biedron - Everest Relocation US DOT: 3765936 MC: 1342546 Moving Company: Integrated Moving Solutions DOT: 2356334 MC: 807140 On April 29, 2022 I originally reached out to Broker Everest Relocation and spoke with Adam Biedron. I received answers for all my questions and price for the move. We went through the inventory sheet at that time. I paid the deposit of $1,048.50 on May 3, 2022. This was for the move of two (2 bedroom sets and boxes - NO additional furniture, from VA to Fl. I was assured I would receive a quality full moving service so I trusted them with my belongings. The total price was for $2805.76. The moving date was set for the first week of August. Once I paid the deposit to Everest Relocation, the communication went out the door. I was not told who would be picking up my items. Adam informed me that they only use credible mover, approved with BBB, etc. If I had known which moving company was coming I could have done a background on them. I feel they kept this from me on purpose because of the service that I received. I was called 2 days prior and told the movers would be there on the 8th between 9am - 12 noon. On the morning of the 8th they called at 7:30 and said they were there. Jean (the mover) showed up with another guy and his 9 or 10 year old son. He worked on "Island time" and his son ran around and rode his scooter around. At that point, Jean told me it was going to be another $1,795.20. I was in shock. This is fraud. I was informed of the price with the items when I paid the deposit. He said that he is adjusting it to 1200 sq feet. The 2 bedroom apartment isn't even that big and there is no additional furniture. How can you come in here and decide that we have $1200 sq feet of furniture? We have 2 bedrooms. NO sofa, No table and chairs, Nothing! He said I can pay it or not take the items. I had to pay it, in order to get my bedrooms and clothing there. The movers did not have to pack any boxes or anything. They took forever to load the truck I have images and video of this. It took them till 4:00 to load. I think it was because he had his kid there and he was trying to watch him and make sure he was ate. Very unprofessional. I was told when he left that he was meeting the driver the next day and wanted to know when I would be at the new location. I informed Jean that I would be there tomorrow (8/9). He said they would be there in a couple days because they are already on their way to go south. I called the movers MULTIPLE times and the number they gave me 855-268-8464 had a recording that it was not a working number. The cell phone they gave me they never would pick up and the voicemail was always full. There was zero communication with them and letting me know when they would drop off my items. I was called on 8/24 to let me know they would be there tomorrow 8/25 between 9am - 12noon. I received a call at 10am saying they would be a little late...more around 2pm because they had to switch trucks. They said that the truck was too heavy when they went to the weigh station and had to get a Uhual for my items. They also had a large load on their truck and mine was considered a small load. I informed them I only had the elevator till 4:30pm. I had to reserve the elevator in my building. Which I informed this to the movers and broker from the very beginning including in emails that I sent them. They showed up with my items in a uhaul and only had 1/2 hour to empty the truck and get my items to my unit. The property manager was kind enough to give me till 5:30pm. I have attached images of the items and of the truck. All my items were on a truck that CAN NOT hold 1200 sq feet of items yet they "robbed" me of additional items to move. Tell me how you can get all my items on a 15 ft truck but your charging me for 1200 sq feet for 2 bedrooms and boxes?
