“TopLine was great start to finish. Adam in sales was helpful and followed up on all our of questions and held our order even with our multi month delay. Ari, Jose and Andrew were flexible and returned 4 times to make sure all of our install issues (related to the cabinet maker and plumber) were addressed and our appliance were installed safely and correctly. While I was frustrated with the delays from other contractors the TopLine associates were professional and encouraging- saying this happens all the time and in the end it will all work out. I appreciated their encouragement and understanding. The product line and services available at TopLine are just that…top line. “This location is about half an hour from where I live so it’s convenient if I need to stop by to get something. I was just here today to return something and the agent assisting me was very pleasant and helpful. On the way out I always get some soft ice cream to get rid of the small headache I get from being inside a stuffy warehouse.”
“Today I went to go pick up a 6" rpz valve and I was having a rough day so I wasn't exactly nice to the gentleman helping me. In fact I was a little rude. Instead of him being rude back he went above and beyond to help me. The guy was a stand-up guy and I definitely will be coming back here due to the customer service I received it today. I forget the gentleman's name but his desk is farthest back he is bald and he has an earring. The guy is a professional. Tha k you for your help GPS”
“Just Bathrooms renovated 2 bathrooms including expansion of the master bath to double the size. The process and the results were exceptional. Just Bathrooms did everything that they said they would do in a friendly and professional way, from the estimates, to helping me with my design, and working with every little change that was required as we discovered issues with my old house.
Estelle worked with me in the showroom to put together my dream bathrooms in just a few weeks. She did a great job with every detail from design, to project planning, to communications and did so with a fantastic attitude. The work by Angel and his team took about 6 weeks. They showed up every day at 8:30, worked to at least 4:30 and often later, cleaned up every day, and were very careful. I highly recommend Just Bathrooms.
