Reported them to NJ Consumer Affairs today. They sold me a dud device and within the same time I bought it and tried while still there they refused a replacement and refund. This place is a scam and just wants your money.

Stopped by Krauzer’s in the evening to cash some lottery tickets. The cashier scans the tickets and tells the tickets are too old and cannot be cashed. Tried to give me the run around by telling I need to fill out a form to dispute it but the tickets were dated May 2024. It was obvious they do not want payout my winnings. The sad part is it was for $10. The cashier was very rude and needs to take many customer service courses. What a disgrace the store is.

What is the actual schedule for the store ? The current business hour schedule doesn’t add up. Whenever I go on a week day at 8:30pm is closed. Maybe update it ? Highly recommend updating it.

Cashier is rude. There are xbox games conveniently placed by adult DVDs and the cashier tells you to scram when you’re not looking at them. Not the cleanest place either.

Rude staff with ancient practices, $10 minimum on credit cards with 0 chance of adding extra $1 to make up for cost off less. What?!?!? Absolutely ridiculous

Store is filthy. Food is dirty and old. Cashier is very rude and is not clean either. Very dirty and no one should be working at a register greeting customers when they are not clean. Unsanitary

The guy at the register could have cared less about what he was doing. I could care less about going back unless I wanted a paper or a soda and was not wanting to drive down the street.
