“I feel the need to write a review for the pharmacy simply because of how difficult today was. My 5 year old needed her MANDATORY flu shot for school and we went today and she had a full on meltdown. Screaming. Crying. Refusing to get the shot. Hugs, balloons, lollipops, nothing was helping. It was humiliating and took roughly 25 mins to calm her down. It was pretty hard to not lose my cool after 15 mins. The 2 female pharmacists were absolute professional lifesavers. They both had the same name, which escape me. Tatiana maybe? Either way shout out to them for getting this done. Shout out for them keeping their cool and being so gracious and kind. Shout out for their help and calm demeanor because frankly I was at my wits ends. So thank you. Just thank you. This type of kindness needs to be recognized and acknowledged.”
