We had a very good experience. Our flight arrived at 11:00 PM; we called the hotel and arranged for an airport pickup via Lyft—everything went smoothly. Upon our arrival at the hotel, the staff was courteous and provided a very nice welcome gift. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows.

After a flight cancellation that delayed us by more than 24 hours, the complimentary lyfts, the included beverages, good coffee and the accomodating staff helped make the delay calmer for my family. Thank you!
