Hands down best place that you can go to. They do everything they can to get you healthy, help you the best that they can, and always make you feel welcomed. I went to another place prior to this, and to be honest, I felt like they were just milking my insurance!Within my first session here, I instantly felt better. There’s no other place I will go, and I will only recommend this place to anyone!

The best recovery place hands down! Mo & Mike are true professionals in their craft and are always a fun time to be with. I come in weekly for my daily check ups, always coming out feeling great & wanting to come back!As a trainer I understood how important the recovery process is for my clients, so they have worked with a lot of my collegiate, professional NFL client & my regulars. Whether you are a pro athlete or a regular client looking for help this place is for you!They all give me the same feed back on how Mo & Mike know exactly what they are doing and they trust in them to take their performance to insurmountable levels.

The best recovery place HANDS DOWN. I referred my entire family and I refer all my clients I train here and they send them back to me better than ever. Everyone I send loves this place. It is impossible to walk in there and walk out without scheduling your next appt. Mike and Mo are TRUE PROFESSIONALS. They know their craft very well and are very personable people who are easy to be around and easy to have a conversation with. It’s Always a fun time when you’re there! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone. Worth every damn penny! Family friendly and very very clean studio. Run don’t walk here!

Several years ago I severely injured my shoulder and although I saw a couple different therapists the pain and discomfort continued. It was only when I found Mike and Mo did the healing process begin. I am back to normal activities and my shoulder is stronger than ever. The last several years I have seen both Mo and Mike to help with normal aches and pains that come with age. Their care, concern, professionalism and treatment is second to none. I recommend TruMethod to my friends, colleagues and family members.

Resolved my knee issues in record time, MUCH faster than in the past when I didn't go to Tru Method! Mike and Dr. Mo use a wide range of treatment techniques tailored to the needs of the individual. They have a personal stake in your recovery (WAY more than any other therapists I've ever been to) and root for you every step of the way.Office staff is charming and pleasant and completely on top of things. Overall a very professional operation from top to bottom. Relaxed, convivial atmosphere among both staff and other patients can make your session feel like Happy Hour (with less alcohol and more electrostim). Highly, highly recommended.

At first I was hesitant to go to this business. Once I got there all hesitation ended. From the warm welcome at the receptionist death, to the professionalism and warm welcome to the therapist. Kudos to Mo for making refill as though I was his only priority at the time. His professionalism, his humor was more than was expected. Even the clients were engaging which made me feel more comfortable. A great place to go to feel better
