This and not having a post office might as well be the same. The manager or older lady is so rude and never has information. She’s always sending me or other customers to other USPS to either get information or do anything at all. She’s bothered by giving receipts (???). She’s always unwilling to be there and makes visits miserable. Today she seemed bothered that I got there during a personal phone call she was having and rushed me out the door and to go to other USPS.

I came at 4:56 to send off a package and was met with resistance by Maribel who said she was closing and had closed the register. That’s unacceptable and the wrong way to do her job. As a government employee I expect more from people like her.

I went in to get a money order but did not want to service me and said she just opened and had no money, then was telling me to go to a bank instead terrible service

The parking lot is horrendous. Sometimes I pass by the lot and keep right on going to Cranford Post Office.Sometimes you'll get great service. Sometimes not.The last time I was there, I was waiting with another person and no one was by the window. We were just standing there looking at each other, confused.

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. 3 different times I went in for an issue I got 3 different solutions that didn't work. Mail forwarding doesn't work half the time and I still get mail from an old resident.

Best USPS in the area. Only strange part is when the lot is full and the post office is empty. Maybe Dunkin Donuts customers parked there? Going to miss Glen. Happy Retirement to him!

I use this post Office regularly. The staff is always friendly and very helpful! Kenilworth PO is one of the best ones I have ever used ?

Went at 12:40, they were turning people away. I was done at 12:50 so it wasn’t that busy. Plus if open till 1 pm door should be open till then.

Always friendly kind and personable. Whenever there’s a line they make it go quickly and make sure everyone is welcome with a good laugh or smile
