Customer service is the best. Both in the Cranford branch with the assistant manager Anabela and the branch manager and with Peter, an investment advisor in the Kenilworth branch.

This is the only Bank in the area that I know of where you can't drive up and make a deposit for the Route 22 branch. The people are very nice warm and friendly however not being able to make a deposit in a Drive-Thru is very inconvenient and unprofessional
