I stopped at this store on this past Tuesday at 9:15 am. I had a question that the young man behind the counter could not answer. He took down all the information and the dimensions needed for the work to be done. He told me the owner would call me with an answer to my question. That was 4 days ago......never got a call back. Yes, this was a small job, but you can rest assured I will never call you with any other project I need done. What a very poor example of “customer service!”

a bit late here but here goes, we ordered a shower enclosure from Diamond Glass had it installed. They done a great job installing it, and left the bathroom spotless. Had them come back a year later to make miner adjustment to the door and it still looks great today, five years later.
