I was a bit nervous leaving a precious tape for transfer, but they were very good. I'm very happy with their work.

While downsizing came upon a larger selection of VHS tapes. As a surprise for my wife I had Peter transfer all to a thumb drive. Packaged in a small box, she thought it might finally be the big diamond ring, but was even happier to relive many years of wonderful memories...now shown on our TV. When it matters...go with Envision. Pete is a great guy to work with. C. Dicely

All old home movie reels are now watchable, thanks to the folks at Envision Video Service. Precious memories from VHS tapes are now on DVD.
It is so much fun to share these memories with my grandchildren. It's also so nice to see so many relatives, who are no longer with us.
The prices are reasonable, as is the turnaround time. I highly recommend them. They did a great job!

After my daughter passed away I had 14 videos I wanted to convert into DVDs so I could watch them all the time on a portable DVD player. Besides, my VCR is broken. I brought them to Envision video services and was so amazed at how incredibly wonderful and professional they were. Robert brought us onto the back in a room with at least eight screens so I could watch many of them at the same time and this saved us over two hours of our time to decide which parts we wanted to edit and which to use. Still it took at least an hour and a half because I was so fussy! He did not charge us for his time and was so committed to making sure I ended up with the result that I wanted. I cannot say enough about this fabulous company and would hands-down recommend them to everyone. They were flexible, reasonable on pricing and a joy to work with, truly the Best! I know they have many other services they offer. Check them out you'll be glad you did. Pete the owner also bent over backwards and has a make it work attitude.

They are extremely professional and finish projects in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job converting my old tv clips which were on video into a digital format. Thanks again, Cheryl

Wow! WHAT. A. GREAT. EXPERIENCE!!!! I had a rather complex issue (that started off simple enough): I had to burn cooking videos onto a dvd with a custom menu. After it became clear that my iDVD program had become obsolete, I turned to the internet and several companies for help. Pete from Envision was the only one who injected a personal touch right from the start. He went over and beyond what I could've imagined; trying to help me get technical issues resolved so that I would have the best looking product as a gift for my parents. Although my issue became rather complex, and in the end I had to go another direction to accomplish my goals, Pete was there via phone or email, day in day out to help. We ended up with a finished product that I loved and exceeded my expectations. Pricing was more than fair and the hours Envision is open are very convenient as well. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended!!!! Thanks again, Pete!!!!

Just picked the store out of a search for a local video conversion shoppe. They had a great yelp review and I see why! The customer service is excellent from the point of contact by phone to the face to face encounter when I dropped my old VHS tape off, to the explanation of their services and then on the back end to pick up the finished product which was done ON TIME. And they did a high quality job. I paid for the expedited service which was as reasonably priced as the actual service to convert to the DVD and digital format The shoppe is located on a main Street in a cute suburban town. Parking was so easy on the street and surrounding side streets. They do a. Risk business and I see why. I am glad that I found them. And if I have other tapes hat I need converted this is the go to spot for me. Good old fashion pleasant customer service at reasonable prices .

I had Envision Video copy my father-in-law's old home videos from his time in the service. The conversion quality was great, and It was really cool for my FIL to be able to see the footage after all of these years. Pete and his team were super helpful and quick to turn the project around at a very affordable price point.

If you are considering a reel to reel project my recommendation would be to do one reel to reel transfer all the way through the process before committing money to this process. It is really expensive, and if you don't have the time to devote to it you will walk away really dissatisfied. I had approximately 12 old reel to reels copied to DVD at the same time that I was moving out of state, and undertaking a big project for my job. I was able to view them once all the way through, that's when I realized they were literally copied as is, not in date order, and that simple edits like transitions from one reel to another had not been identified, I realized it was a big undertaking for me to write down all of the edits. Little things, like an entire minute of jumping picture frames with static where you had to identify the location of that instance and document it so it could be fixed, along with the number of similar occurrences across all the reels, was really daunting. In an entire year I did not get around to this, so the project was closed. I spent over $600, and although I now have all my parents home movies on dvd, they are rough and ready at best. lesson learned! I didn't understand the extent of my input on the onset, had I understood I may have realized it was the worst time of my life to take this on.....this is a project to be scheduled at retirement, or if you have an extended leave of absence and need a project. Hope this helps someone on a similar journey....

Last year I used Envision Video Services and they were beyond great. I needed to duplicate 150 dual layer discs, and at the time I needed them yesterday. For some reason dual layer discs are difficult to duplicate without a million dollar machine and a Hollywood facility. Everyone was super nice and they got the job done. You can also tell that the place runs like clockwork, very neat, very organized. They also have every machine conceivable when it comes to obscure video formats that you need to duplicate or transfer! I absolutely highly recommend.

Envision Video Services is exactly what i've been looking for. Not only was there staff so nice and very helpful. They helped me find exactly what i wanted. Especially since i didn't know much walking in the door. Now over the years I've used them for numerous projects which have all been completed with perfection and at a price i could afford. From helping with simple things like transferring old family movies to DVD so those memories won't be lost through out time, to simply just transferring old VHS tapes to DVD. Envision Video Services is a great place to get things done, especially when you might not know what to do in the first place. I rely on them all the time now so that nothing i do today will ever be lost to bad technology. If your in need of any services that they can perform i recommend Envision Video Services. They won't let you down. :-)

I had my parent's wedding video transferred to DVD and surprised them at their anniversary party and they LOVED it! Not a dry eye in the house! The quality was great and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Envision Video Services to all of my friends.

I finally decided to digitize our old super 8 home videos and gave Envison a shot. The quality and speed was okay. But the price turned out to be much higher than originally estimated. They gave me an estimate based on the number of tapes but basically doubled that. Supposedly the material didn't fit on the estimated number of DVDs. Update: After a little more than a year I noticed that at least on DVD starts malfunctioning! I am so disappointed. I am just glad that I made copies because I suspected they use only cheap material.
