“Great experience. We travelled on the seasteak ferry from manhattan to highlands. We took a short $15 Lyft ride to this hertz location. Our staff member, June was really friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Initially we planned to take the NJ transit train to EWR but the price of a Lyft was only $10 more for 3 passengers so we took a Lyft to EWR.

“Had a great experience renting a car from this location! Had to have repairs done on my car and needed a rental for the week. Budget had the best price (was around $260 for the whole week). I prepaid online and picking up the car was super smooth and easy- Sam was very kind and helpful! He let me choose between two vehicles and recommended I try out the new Prius hybrid that was available. It was a very cool little car, brand new, with only 1,000 miles on it. Was fun to try out something different! The car was very clean and he showed me how everything worked. Returned it a day early today since my car was ready, and drop off was a breeze! I didn’t get the guys name who was working today but he was very nice as well. Will definitely come back if I ever need another rental!”

This office is something amazing.
Cars are always clean and new. Zero smells, mileage is lower than 15-20K which is awesome. All cars are in the perfect condition.
Always nice communication, great flexibility.
I have no issues with them for almost a third year in a row.
I even consider them as a premium cars rental!

“I rented a RAV4 in May and had meant to write this review sooner—better late than never! I’ve always had a great experience renting from Enterprise, especially at the Route 35 Keyport, NJ branch. Everyone there is consistently helpful, courteous, and efficient.
During this visit, I was assisted by Nyla, who went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She really listened and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with my rental. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Josie, who went out of her way to help me recover my Ray-Ban sunglasses that I accidentally left in the car. She was diligent in tracking them down from the next renter, and I’m incredibly grateful to have them back.
