I rented a RAV4 in May and had meant to write this review sooner—better late than never! I’ve always had a great experience renting from Enterprise, especially at the Route 35 Keyport, NJ branch. Everyone there is consistently helpful, courteous, and efficient.
During this visit, I was assisted by Nyla, who went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She really listened and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with my rental. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Josie, who went out of her way to help me recover my Ray-Ban sunglasses that I accidentally left in the car. She was diligent in tracking them down from the next renter, and I’m incredibly grateful to have them back.
Thank you, Nyla and Josie, for your exceptional customer service. It’s people like you who keep me coming back to Enterprise!

Total incompetences, poorly maintained vehicles, and either clueless staff or management w an attitude
If zero were possible, I would do it. This location has gone downhill fast, as someone who rents frequently. (1) they do not clean the cars, I’ve rented cars that smelled soooo terrible I had to return it immediately. (2) they don’t care for the cars, multiple have been rattling or poor tires, (3)they people are rude and take zero ownership for mistakes. (5) outside of all this a tire recently blew out and I was charged an extra day despite being in constant communication with them 2 hrs before my return time. The reps told me I wouldn’t be charged another day and then back pedaled saying it would be an extra $115!!! Then they denied this was an extra day entirely, spouting some false gif acts that fees would stop in the morning when the car was scanned….that is a full day charge…the car without insurance was $65 a day.

Will never use Enterprise again. Irresponsible company with employees that do not care. On a recent rental they gave me vehicle that was losing air because of fault rim. Other locations couldn't help me and advised to go to airport 45 minutes away to get a new vehicle. Seriously? This is how you provide excellent service? What a joke of a company. Will never use them again.

I had a great experience at Enterprise in Aberdeen Township, NJ. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful in walking me through my rental options. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to upsell – just honest advice that helped me make the right choice. The car I received was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a smooth and stress-free rental process.

The team member was great . Had no issues. They were short staffed on the day I reserved the car but the team member handled being short staffed extremely well.
Got a Chevy Malibu and it was not that Great. The main issue was there were mis matched tire brands on at least three corners. after 60 mph the car would shake so I am assuming the tires were not balanced. I mean for 300 I expect better ride quality.
Enterprise, please better maintain your cars . Americans are already paying way too much to rent your cars.

I want to give a big thanks to Noah, Jack and staff for all their help in my long rental process. My car got totaled and they were so helpful throughout the two months of me trying to purchase a new car. I appreciate them and all their help. Great customer service awesome team. They were very patient with me and any situation I was in. Everyone deserves an Employee perk…dinner for staff or better yet a good raise!!! ⭐️?⭐️?⭐️?

I normally rent my cars from Enterprise from their Keyport NJ location on Route 35. I have always been very happy with the polite, friendly and helpful staff. This time too was no exception. In fact on March 19 to 21, I had rented a van, and Noah at the offiec was so helpful and went out of his way to may sure that all my requests were taken care of. I wish to commend Noah and his colleagues for their consistently great service.
