“I love this store. They never oversell you and always seem to have exactly what I need. My pool drain cap was leaking so I got a new cap and needed pipe tape. Got everything I needed (with their help) and for $3.00 worth of pipe tape, saved myself a real expensive visit from my pool people. I get all my garden tools and supplies here. It's the best”

No matter how busy or how slow the store is, the staff is always attentive and willing to help. They go out of their way to make sure the customers are helped and are always on point where things are and bringing items from the back of the store. “I almost feel bad for not leaving 5 stars. I was going to leave 3 but the prior reviews were so hop notch that I felt bad.The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is great. Clean and organized.My only vice is how they attempted to talk me out of what I wanted. I appreciate the professional opinion on “what everyone else does” BUT at some point you need to let loose without the “ew” face and just provide product. They were insisting on products “that everyone else does” I am not everyone else.. I think the satin finish looks fabulous.”

“a year ago i had given this place a one star due to a couple issues with Steve but after the review was posted they contacted me to apologize and asked me to give them another try. I have done so and appreciate the patience and communication Steve has had with me. He has even walked me through some field measurements. I have placed orders and haven't had any issues. I recommend you try them. stock doors are available by next day and custom orders are in within 2 weeks. they always call to notify you and email responses are fast too. no complaints, just glad we were able to rectify our business relationship.”

“Ashley, one of the managers, provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever had. She empathetically listened to my month's long battle with Hisense. Because the AC unit stopped working properly one year after purchase, returns are made to the manufacturer. Each time you provide Hisense with what they request, they inform you of something else that needs to be sent in. They never gave me a list and provided me with the documents needed in any of my 5 phone calls or 5 emails. After I gave them everything they requested, they then wanted me to cut the cord to the unit and send them a picture. I was not doing that as the fan still worked. I needed at least that if I was to be without an AC unit in 90 degree heat for a week with my elderly mother. At this point I was exhausted with the situation. I knew Lowes did not take returns on this but I had no where else to turn. I told my story to the first person who picked up at customer service. She was kind and understanding. She then put Ashley, the manager, on. Ashley took ownership of the situation and solved my issue immediately. It is the type of character you would expect from a business owner who understands the thirty thousand foot view of a situation. When I arrived the next day to exchange my unit, Kim, an associate, said with a smile you must be Marie. Everyone was friendly while they got Ashley. I wanted to hug her. To sum it up. Ashley deserves recognition for her leadership. It's further evidenced by the staff she manages.”

“This is such a nice place to come. Many people I meet here always say they choose Lowes over homedepot. They definitely stand by their name and have good quality stuff. The place is always organized and well stocked. They certainly do offer more selection of things and have a variety of home decor stuff as well. As a woman, I love coming here to see all the cool new decor stuff they have. They offer a kids workshop with points and leveled tiers to earn more stuff. It is free to members of lowes, which is also an easy free sign up. We came here for their kids' first DIY TOOL KIT. In which they receive an apron and earn badges for each workshop they attend.”
