Scott and Brian take care of me every time.
Great Quality and price. Done on time.

Second time using this maaco. Both times the body was never prepped, only sprayed right over the existing paint. Leaving both paint jobs peeling off like tape. 0 quality control from this place. Lesson learned.Service: Painting

Spoke with Scott on the phone explained to him that I was told to come in on a Friday turned out they were closed. I had left multiple messages for them to get back to me. Scott proceeded to scold me on the phone and told me to not waste my time coming up there that they do not need my business. Would not recommend this experience to anybody. They will not be receiving my business for my fleet of vehicles.

Totally dishonest company. Recommended to go to Scott (owner?) to have van hightop roof done. Worked w/Brian McKay instead. Things fine in beginning-I asked Brian via email to recommend color after he asked us to send him pics for an estimate. Brian suggested via email"Ford Silver". When arrived to do job, asked Brian for Ford Silver swatch and it was ultimately chosen. Went home. In evening, went online and noticed Ford changed the stock silver color from Inglot Silver to Iconic Silver so emailed to ask which Ford Silver color was going to use. No reply.
Roof painted & went to Keyport to pick van up. Immediately noticed paint color was minty color but thought lighting was weird. Paid & went home. Color was bothering me-obvious minty tint & I didn't choose color with any hint of green. Paint color on invoice only showed internal code so called the next day. When I asked Brian exact color used, would only tell me the Maaco code, being hesistant & very reluctant to give me any more information. Only when pressed, telling him name needed to be able to purchase touchup paint did he say GM Moondust Silver. I immediately asked why switch was made & he said it was what I had chosen. I hung up & called again to speak w/Scott. Scott put me on speaker with Brian. After stating that I never asked for GM Moondust Silver, Brian had recommended Ford Silver, & that was the color agreed upon, someone (assuming Brian) started to yell loudly that I chose the GM color & they NEVER recommend paint color to customers, among other things. When stating that I even wrote email after dropping off van asking which Ford Silver as proof I was expecting Ford Silver all along, more yelling and false statements. It was obvious they weren’t trying to resolve so I said it was no use continuing the conversation. They hung up. Waited a bit for Scott to call me back in case it was Brian who blew a gasket. No call. I then forwarded the email proving that Brian specifically recommended the color in an email so this statement was obviously false, reminding him that it was also in an email I was still expecting the Ford Silver to be used after seeing the swatches. Reply was again trying to convince me that I had chosen the swatch with the paint color used but if I'm not happy with the color "something could be worked out." This vague statement, no apology for the belligerence, continued gaslighting and deflection of blame convinced me they would continue to play more games.
Tried reaching Maaco Corp. for possible resolution. At first, Maaco Corp willing to have van painted at another shop under warranty but never heard from them again. Credit card dispute submitted as a last resort knowing full well Keyport would claim that they were willing to repaint (didn't matter I can’t trust them with my car, no proof they wouldn't try shafting me yet again, esp. after the hostility & dishonesty shown, *if* they even intended to repaint at all). It was denied. Worse, credit card company said that Maaco Keyport's stated in letter "I was happy with the work when I picked it up". Not surprised they lied yet again-only thing said to Brian when I arrived was that I appreciated that he squeezed me in.
So,ended up paying $799 for paint color I hate & did not choose. In retrospect, possible that switch was intentional--using leftover paint from another job to save $$,hoping I wouldn’t notice. Reasons? No paint name on invoice, no reply to email re:which Ford Silver being used, reluctance to tell me paint name, gaslighting, taking no responsibility for switch, deflecting blame, resistance & hostility when questioned.
The work: Included pictures of overspray. Speaks for itself.
REPLY TO RESPONSE BELOW: Contacted # which is Maaco Corp. They stated they’ve no authority-Keyport is independent & handles all issues so meaningless to call. Also explains why Corp never resolved in 1st place. Absolutel

Totally dishonest company, i dropped my truck off to get a hole fixed and the truck painted, i go to pick it up and the hole was not fixed, and my brake line was leaking and i had no brakes, i left the truck there , 2 days later i emailed them saying what is going on and the response was its $350 for the fix and call a mechanic to come look at the brake line, i had the lines replaced 6 months ago and the truck was dropped off with no issues, then they said if you dont pick it up in 3 days its $100 charge per day, this is on a Friday afternoon so what mechanic can drive there that soon so i had to get it towed. I did a walk around with the guy who does the estimates showing him what needed to be done and still the hole was not fixed, terrible customer service

Had my 86 cabover Pete painted here..it had alot of body work that needed fixing. when I went to pick it up we noticed a few issues in the paint... without hesitation they brought the truck back into the shop a completely repainted the entire cab..They are honest and very fair with there price..oh ya as far as the body work they did much more than I was expecting...I asked to have pictures of the work performed and they did..This is my first time doing business with these guys and I would definitely hope that others give them a try..They quoted me a price and stuck to it..very impressed

Drip marks and over spray just about sums up their work. Brought it back to have over spray on black trim removed, now where there was over spray my trim is a lovely gray.
