Wanted to swtich from boost to metro and i went in with my partner. Got greeted with so much enthusiasm.. and this young lady helped me out tremendously i couldnt get a hold of boost like always n this girl sat there and for an hour n helped us out with boost . She went beyond to help me out n my partner n i never had someone help us out qs much as she did . I coulnt thank her enough she did an amzing job thank you amanda ..you was amzing n i truly appreciate the fact that you went beyond to help my wife out . Im coming back with my son n his girlfriend just so u can help them . I work as a supervisor for telecome you should help my staff be more like you. Lol ?

I am so unhappy with the defective phone I was sold here! Then to top it all off Metropcs never offers insurance but the sales people place screen protectors on your phone without asking you \\u0026 tell you your getting a deal by then charging you $10 for one of them, when online you can find a package of them for less than that! Stop the madness! And I may be going to the official t-mobile store next time I want a phone. I believe these are the electronics that were sitting in storage containers for months during the pandemic, and now they're KNOWINGLY selling these damaged items to people and I will sue! I was a loyal customer and for them to do this... I am appalled and extremely disappointed!
