I am updating my review of this dealership from 4 years ago. If I could give them a 6th star, I would. I have now purchased my 3rd car from them and couldn't be happier! The fact that I can make an appointment l, express my needs, budget, etc...AND they deliver a product and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that one would want, is amazing! No smoke and mirrors, BS, nothing. Rich, the manager and my salesperson, Mike Weber have taken care of me with integrity and honesty and always get me the best deal possible. They, once again, put me in a vehicle that exceeds my expectations and I can't recommend this dealership enough!

I just acquired my 8th Nissan from Pine Belt of Keyport and could not be happier! I have been a devoted customer for 22 years and have, unfortunately, lost some members of the staff that took such great care of me. To my delight, but not surprise, I had one of the best experiences with Christian Dalonzo and Mike W...effortless, no pressure, exactly what I asked for and extras added at no expense to me. This is why I have been and will always be a life-long consumer! Thank you for going above and beyond and being outstanding at customer hospitality!!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Chris Fernandez! I was with my daughter while she was purchasing another vehicle. Chris listened very patiently to all her needs! He is very knowledgeable about his inventory and helped us tremendously!

I will change my review if I ever get an email response back from this dealership, but what a nightmare it has been to deal with them.
I signed a 2 yr lease (only car price/lease option given to me at a price I could afford when I came in 2 yrs ago) including money put down up front. Unfortunately, I have been out of work on and off since signing this lease after several family tragedies that I won't get into on here but I explained in my letter to Nissan. I still never missed any payments and paid all 24 months on time.
With my current situation I was unable to jump into a new lease as this one was ending. 1 month after turning in the vehicle, I get a letter for a bill over $600 for disposition fee and a few hundred miles I was over. In the past, anything minor was always waived at every single other dealership I ever went and leased from. I even stated that I currently do not have a new lease as I am not currently working, and I would have been open to getting another through them in a few months when/if I am able to. Plus I gave away my equity in my last lease. So with all the $ they have already received on a terrible Versa with only a 2 yr lease, now they are sending credit collectors after me without responding to my email.
Absolutely rotten way to treat a customer that has been with Nissan for well over a decade.
