Unbelievable results cleaning a serious mold issue in my mother’s car. I thought it would have to be totaled! Wasn’t sure I was going to trust it afterwards either. Looks absolutely brand new. No odor. Felt safe - even safe enough to put my 87 year old mom in to go out to dinner same day I picked it up. They also got it done in my limited time frame before I had to go home. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

This place has women do the final rub downs which I appreciate. At the same time, their manual equipment needs to be updated. No one wants to haul around a million quarters. You should allow people to add monet for more time, not the full amount each time. I always have trouble with the bill acceptor and change machine.

Terrible car washing, doesn't matter how much you will pay. Not wipe inside and door frames. No vacuum anything. Trunk Not even open.

Every time I come the service is great, and they do a perfect job of cleaning my truck. Sometimes a spot here or there is missed, but nothing I can’t wipe away myself easily. They even clean my weather mats thoroughly. Hard to find a full service who does a great job in my area for a decent price and platinum does!Services: Full body wash

Pulled up to the “brushless” car wash, and saw they were using handheld hard brushes with handles on the car to wash lol. That’s not a hand brushless car wash. I drove away
