Friendly courteous staff. Easy to use wash card system. Always very clean and bright. Open 24 hours so I can do my laundry whenever I need to. Highly recommend this place.

I think the card is convenient. I’m glad to see they updated. It’s better than sitting there putting quarters in! They would always get stuck. I like the variety of washer sizes and the dryers work really good. I would definitely recommend.

I dropped off my clothes to get cleaned a week ago came back to pick up and the prices changed. No phone call not made aware of the price change very unprofessional. Something has to get done. If the price is gonna change wouldn’t you call the customer to make them aware of the price change and the reason why Instead no phone call price changed $30 and no phone call. I hope this message gets to the owner because this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Since you have your replies turned off I’ll just add more to the review. I’ve been going there for well over three years and whenever my laundry is done, I never get phone calls. I just show up and it’s automatically done too. No one called me about a price change I didn’t receive a missed call a voicemail. Nothing yet they ask you for your phone number, but they don’t call you.

Easily the best Laundromat in the area. The owners keep it incredibly clean, added a card system for easy payments and their wash and fold is spot on. Really happy with how they have handled my business wash and fold for years now. Highly suggested!

When I walked in the place was dirty and then a large machine is $8.75. The same machine down the street $5 but I wanted a change of scenery. Then you gotta get a card to use the machine and they charge you $1 just for to he card. And have that in little yellow letters on the bottom. And to use the dryer $1.75 for the first 10 min and 25c for every 3 min. This place is a rip off. Go to the laundry mat down in keyport by the water front it’s cheaper and nicer . And you can go for a nice walk by the water front. And the lady that works this laundry Matt was rude. I put $10 in the machine before I knew they charge you for the card and wanted my money back and got the run around about it . DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT unless you like wasting money.

Today has to be one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I left my clothes to get washed on a Sunday night (63lb) came Monday 9/1 to pick them up and realized the bags labeled with my name did not belong to me. After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else’s by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn’t. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that’s it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that’s wouldn’t make such a simple but huge mistake. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Went here for the first time and unfortunately had a really bad experience. My laundry was completely mixed up with someone else’s, and I had to dig through a bunch of clothes trying to figure out what was mine. I’m still not confident I got everything back.
To be fair, the lady who helped me (not the one I dropped off with) was extremely kind and helpful — she really did her best to assist. But that doesn’t change the fact that this kind of mix-up shouldn’t happen in the first place. I won’t be returning.

Update: they have this new system that requires you to use an app that charges a 3% service fee to use and upload money onto the machine. And that is on top of the fact that they raised their prices. Like we wouldn’t notice. Absolutely a slap in the face to loyal customers. I’ll unfortunately be going elsewhere

VERY CLEAN laundromat!! Clean washers that really make your clothes feel thoroughly washed.Every time I come in to wash clothes the workers are always cleaning the washers! And the fastest dryers I ever used!

Went here because my regular mat was busy. The washer smelled like sewage and there was mildew growing. Checked a couple more to just see if it was just the one but the 4 I checked were the same. Ended up just doing the dog towels and bedding there and took the other stuff somewhere else. It’s convenient for after hours but unlikely to go back for now.

Super helpful staff. I had things to do yesterday and dropped my clothes off to be washed and folded. Not only was it extremely affordable (basically the same amount I would have spent to wash and dry it myself), but it was also done with in an hour and a half. Huge Thanks to all the workers there!
