The couple of times that I have been there for service, both times have been exceptional. I have dealt with two different service members and both gentleman took their time to listen and explain what the mechanics did to correct the issues. It’s people like these that will keep me coming back here.

Was looking around for a while for a GMC Sierra 1500, saw one online at this dealership and decided to stop in. As soon as I came into this dealership I was greeted by Sean who helped me look at the truck I was interested in. From the start Sean was approachable, professional and a pleasure to work with. He worked with me going above and beyond in every category, willing to work on price without it being a dogfight, showed me every crevice of the truck and showed me every feature. Great guy and I appreciated working with him, I’d suggest Jim Curley and Sean to anyone who’s looking to get into a new vehicle.

Dealership is fantastic from the service department to the showroom.Eric in service runs a great operation that has you in and out as quick as possible.Bruce in sales is as honest and as easy to work with as anyone I’ve ever dealt with when buying a car. Please do not waste your time at this dealership. Used a supplier discount code for a 2023 Sierra 1500 $80k truck, submit my credit application everything is ready to go, on my way to the dealership they call me saying don’t come there is a check engine light on the truck. Ok no problem, I’ll wait until it’s fixed. Coincidentally it’s the end of the month, they tell me if the truck isn't fixed by the 31st our deal will change and they have no idea how to fix this brand new truck. This dealer ran my credit on a damaged car and now used my discount supplier code that is a one time use code so I can’t apply it to another vehicle at a different dealership. They offered absolutely no help or even try to make things right and basically told me I’m SOL. This dealer treats their customers like complete garbage and would recommend absolutely no one to waste their time or money here.

We haven't shopped for a car in years. After viewing options online, we gave a call to the Jim Curley dealership and made an appointment. Sean Butler made the process simple, and we were able to compare costs. Big John had a streamline financial process. The best was the unhurried explanation by Sean of all the functions in the car that we have never dealt with. He's still available for my basic questions while I'm out and about.

Had the best experience buying my 2023 Canyon Elevation from Alex Ball at Jim Curley. He made the buying process easy, quick, and seamless. He was very easy to work with and stayed within the price point I wanted for the vehicle I wanted. He had the truck washed and ready for me to test drive and we made a deal that same day. Delivery process was also seamless, the car was detailed and ready for me to drive home. He even came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend Alex when you are looking for a vehicle!

I purchased my Encore from Straub Buick in 2015. When I decided to buy a new car I returned to what is now Jim Curley Buick. I was greeted by Sean Butler. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, patient. I never felt pressured to buy a car from him. It took me several days and many return trips to finally make the decision to buy the Envision. Sean worked with me, answered all my questions and I was happy with the price we finally settled on. Once I purchased the car Sean took the time to set up my phone, helped me download the app, showed me how to use the app, and made sure that I drove away knowing how to use all the features the car offers. Again, his patience with me was amazing.Thank you Sean. I love my “New Blue” Envision.

I went there to to Fred and Bruce about a new vehicle. Fred is the best he took his time going over my new vehicle and made sure I knew it inside and out. Bruce is great when it comes to figuring out numbers and maki g for feel comfortable. These guys are the best

this is my 4 th car leased in 12 years somethimg has changed in 3 years since my least. spoke to the sales agent for 2 months was given same price for slt model 440 drove the new car said ok was told price changed 585 settled for model on showroom floor was assured by alex same car without leather and heated seats.. told him blue tooth and navigation a must .does this car hyave e3v erything else assured yes.. when ready to leave blue tooth does not work no navigation no safety features. bought the car in twice after this still no bluetooth and there is no navigation. never had a car this bottom level./ felt i was tricked . imn m y line of work these features are essential. this is not e3xceptable. ive sent many referrals i trusted my previous sale agent no longer there. this is not the wat to do business i will not be getting another car from them im sorry from salesman is not enough ..lease cannotn end soon enough
