I was looking for a pre-owner car, 1-2 years old, never been in an accident. Their website wasn't updated regularly, but I saw good reviews about "Vito". I drove 50 minutes to the dealership and test drove a car. Vito told me that another 2018 trade-in was becoming available for less, and that they still had the one I test drove. I asked Vito several times to send the carfax for the 2018. He came up with some excuse which should have been the first red flag (told me he couldn't pull it up, would have his friend down the street who works at ford send it to him). Eventually told me he got it from his friend, it all checked out, but for some reason his computer wouldn't let him email it. He confirmed both cars were still available with clean carfax, which he would have in hand when I arrived. So I drove another 50 minutes to Keyport, asked for the carfax, lo and behold the carfax revealed it was in an accident. I told him I wasn't interested in that (which he knew), but I'd look at the other one again. He then walked in a circle, didn't talk to anybody, and came back to tell me that one was no longer available. I spent 2 hours in the car that day because he's dishonest. I felt completely deceived, felt like he represented the "typical car salesman". Not to mention, Vito and the other gentleman that worked there don't wear masks, which wouldn't be an issue if we weren't facing a global pandemic, but we are. I've since purchased an Acadia, but would never go back to that dealership.

Have no idea how this place continues to sell cars. They're rude and the dealership couldn't care less about you after you buy or lease a vehicle from them. After I leased my car, they never called to let me know my plates came in, so i called several times and finally found somebody who did their job. I went to straub to get the plates and they said here you go, never offered to put them on the car. Went back today to replace the battery in the remote, service was closed at 2:00, i walked in at 2:04 and the finance person said it's too late. Great customer service. Never apologized or attempted to find somebody. I'll make sure to let everybody know about my horrible experiences. In baseball it's called 0-3.

Great place to buy a vehicle and or have it repaired and serviced. Be sure to stop by next time you need a new or pre owned vehicle.

This location should not even get a one star, unfortunately you have to click one store. I recently opened up a landscaping business and purchased a truck with a snow plow. My poor customer service experience started after I took the car off the lot. I have probably purchased seven cars in the last 13 years and this was the only vehicle that I drove off the lot that didn't have a full tank of gas. It was a quarter tank filled. I didn't say anything let it just go. Next, I

Next, I had to go to the dealership lot to drop off the title not realizing that the title was the old title that had the lienholder on it. I had a wedding that weekend and I was told that they would reach out to Acura to get it squared away. All the sudden a couple days later I start getting phone calls and messages asking where is the title. Yes I should've followed up but if you say you're going to do something do it or don't commit to it. The worst part of this whole buying experience was when I picked up the registration to see that it was registered personal not commercial. I have never owned a business before or registered on track through the business but I purchased the snow plow with the truck plus they knew I was using it for my work. This costly mistake has now jeopardized my snow plowing ability as I can not get commercial insurance due to the vehicle not being registered in the business name. The only way to fix this is to re-finance the vehicle and pay all the taxes and fees that I already paid again. Bob the used car sales manager is a joke. Brags about his time with the company and can't even make a recommendation to register a vehicle commercial. Unfortunately the dealer doesn't take ownership the bank doesn't take ownership and now I'm out of work in the winter. Thank you Straub motors for the most terrible customer experience I have ever received.

I returned my car and they never turned the plates in to MVC like they said they would. Had I not gotten a Background check done I wouldn't have known that my driving license was scheduled to be suspended 2 weeks later. When I spoke to them, no one even apologized and of course no one wanted to take responsibility for the mess they made. I won't be doing business here ever again. And if I had the option to give 0 stars I would without hesitation!

Just bought my new 2019 GMC Sierra there, they gave me a much better deal on my trade in than another gmc dealer I had bought my last truck at. They were friendly and helpful and got the truck upfitted with everything I wanted. When I came to pick the truck up I was out side transferring over some tools from my old truck bed and the owner came out and gave me a hand. To me that speaks volumes about their character.

They make car buying easy! We dealt with Vito and Remsen, and they make you feel like family- not just another customer walking in the door. Vito made our whole experience incredibly easy- I’m a Straub Motor Customer for life!

I am a long time Subaru customer. I have wanted a truck for several years now and was torn between a Canyon/Colorado or another Subaru (which was the safe choice for me since I have had so many of them). The Subaru dealership experience was shockingly bad for me recently and I started searching hard for a Canyon. I loved the way the Canyon looked compared to the Colorado. I reached out to Straub after I saw online they had a blue Canyon. I instantly fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. This dealership was the easiest and most friendly dealership I ever dealt with. I contacted them yesterday on my lunch break, I arrived around 10 this morning, and was driving home in the Canyon by noon today. I've leased at least six cars and financed others, and I never had as smooth, quick, and stress free of an experience as I had today. I could not recommend this dealership enough. My salesman Bill was fantastic as was the internet salesperson David. I met a few other members of the staff as well as the manager. Everyone was very friendly and it had a family feel to this dealership. I was also very happy with the deal I got. Overall, I could not be any happier with the overall experience.

Always a great experience at Straub. John is a fantastic salesman that makes the whole experience enjoyable. Adrian and all the guys in service are diligent and work hard. If you need a car buy a Buick. They certainly aren’t your grandmas Buick’s anymore.

I had been hesitant to roll into another vehicle for a while. I stopped by Straub and Vito took care of me. I wish I had seen him sooner. I love my new Terrain. He worked hard to get me a great deal, made sure all my rebates and incentives were applied and took the time to really fine tune what I was looking for. We looked at a bunch of cars. Overall, anyone looking for a new SUV, I recommend GMC and I recommend getting it from Vito at Straub.

Just had a full day at Straub Motors with Vito. Came away really pleased with the results. He worked hard and got me the best possible deal he could. Even chipped in for a couple slices of pizza to keep me going. Thanks Vito! I appreciate everything you’ve done.

Great experience with Vito. I'd definitely recommend family and friends to him. He was able to help me out find a car within in my budget. It was an all around great experience.
