The tow truck arrived around the time the dispatcher gave me. It was clean and looked new. The driver was friendly and quick. It looked like the whole procedure was down to a science.The shop was clean and the staff was professional. “So my car which has 334K miles on it blew a spark plug/coil while I was out in Perth Amboy NJ this week. I live all the way in Brooklyn NY and asked a local business owner if they could refer me somewhere I could trust to get me back on the road. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I highly recommend this place and even living in Brooklyn will bring my car back there moving forward because of how great and reliable they are. “I was driving through Howell Township on route 9 a few days ago. All of a sudden my car started to buck and lose power. I pulled over to the side of the road and could not get my car started. When it happened I was on the phone with my friend, Tom Sawyer.Tom told me, he does the website for a towing and that they are a really nice people and it’s a really good towing company. He gave me the number and I called them. They were there in 15 minutes. That was awesome. The last time I had my car towed it took an hour and a half for the tow truck to arrive. The driver from executive was a really nice guy, very professional, and knew what he was doing. I drive a 1984 Corvette and the last guy that towed it wanted to load it onto the flatbed rear end first, which would probably rip the front and off. He almost gave me a heart attack when he insisted that it had to be loaded rear in first. I had to tell him you don’t load a Corvette in from the rear and don’t even think about trying it with my car. He was clueless. The guy from Executive towing knew exactly what he was doing. We talked for about a half an hour while he drove us to the Chevy dealer in Old Bridge. He was very knowledgeable and knew more about my car than I did. When you own a 39-year-old Corvette with 137000 miles on it you’re probably used to getting it towed. It’s just part of owning an old car. I definitely am. This was the best most professional tow experience I can remember. I highly recommend Executive Towing & Collision Morganville in New Jersey.Service: Car towing”

“Purchased a Ford Focus 2007 from these Guys and I have the pleasure of saying: They did right by me! I'm a single woman with a few mouths to feed and I was anxious about purchasing a vehicle from anyone including a dealership. Better than fair prices and before dealer tag was expired, I had a call my plates had arrived! They allowed me to test drive the vehicle with no worries on time constraint. So, I was able to take it on the highway and local streets. I purchased without bringing to my mechanic. However, as soon as I dropped it to Freeman's Autobody,He said: I did great! Checked out with no problems! In addition, Freeman took for a 15 min spin after having his staff check it out! No Problems noted!Edit- 10/26/21- approximately a year and a half later- Car still has no concerns. Only oil, filter and tire changes!”

“I've been going to Thrust Performance with my vehicles for more years that I can remember. They are excellent at what they do, they will never rip you off, and I feel that their prices are very reasonable. I was there this morning (11/17/23) to get my oil changed. I had an appointment and the oil change was done very quickly. I've taken my vehicles a few times to other garages before I found Thrust...you know the garages that will change your oil in 10 minutes or less...and because I'm a woman after they get my car up on the lift, they'll come out and rattle off things that my car needs. I don't know what they're talking about and I can't spell what they're telling me to look the problem up. I find it very hard to believe them and they're just trying to get me to spend more money. I especially hate it when they tell you that they greased something underneath the car and you know damn well they haven't! You have none of that with Thrust. If Samar or Mike (the owners) think your car needs something they'll certainly tell you what the problem is and explain it in detail so you understand. They definitely do not put any pressure on you to do it while you're there. I have never felt that I have been taken advantage of at Thrust because I'm a woman. I think Thrust's reputation speaks for itself.... I'm very pleased with all the work that they have done on my vehicles over the years and will continue to use them.”
