“Absolutely incredible service. My car broke down last Friday, and Dan went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. They accepted my car after 6 p.m., outside their regular business hours, and were extremely understanding throughout the entire emergency.
Their pricing was also very reasonable, including the emergency assistance and parking. It is rare to find people who show this level of care and professionalism when someone is stranded and needs help.

He genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for my uncle and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the purchase.
I’d also like to recognize Sean in Finance. Sean was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job explaining all of the financing options and paperwork in a way that was easy to understand. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a vehicle feel simple and straightforward.

I was in the market for a pre-owned GMC Sierra 2500 Denali Ultimate and stopped into Jim Curley GMC in Keyport. My salesperson, Nicole, was fantastic—friendly, accommodating, and completely pressure-free right from the initial test drive.
Like many buyers, I wanted to shop around, so I went to a independent used car dealer to look at a similar Denali with lower miles and a lower price tag. However, as soon as we sat down to talk numbers, the red flags started popping up. I couldn't get a straight answer on whether the truck was inspected or even serviced (the engine bay was filthy), and they tried to push me into signing extremely shady paperwork—including non-refundable deposits, total liability waivers, and mandatory arbitration clauses.
I walked away from that deal and went straight back to Nicole at Jim Curley.
Returning was the best decision I made. I brought my spouse along for a quick test drive, and the entire buying process was smooth, professional, and completely transparent. The finance manager made securing the extended warranty and finalizing the paperwork seamless and stress-free. To top it off, Nicole followed up with us via email shortly after to make sure we were completely happy with the truck.

“Joe and all the employees/staff run hell of a show at Emm’s Auto Repair. Joe is 1 of everything. He can apparently dissect any car from scratch whether it’s electrical, motor haul, alignments, transmissions they do it all here big or small doesn’t matter. Joe treated me like his own brother treats you like his own family member once you are inside the shop. The gates were closed shop was almost closed which I understood I just quickly had few questions about oil change, etc about my BMW X5 so Joe was so generous and kind hearted to answer all my questions/concerns. My dictionary are running out of words to describe/explain how immaculate and clean this shop looks doesn’t even look like it’s been there for many years perhaps they have been there for over 5 decades.
