Frequently need to stop in to mail packages over the years -- often several to overseas. Even when there is a line, staff has always been friendly and patient, knowledgeable when I've had to double check shipping or purchase other services/supplies.

I have been waiting over 15 minutes to mail a package. There is one person at counter handling passport. No other tellers handling other customers. This is not new at this post office. If they handle passport applications, they need to have other tellers. This is totally unacceptable. This was at the Keyport New Jersey...
