I am an older guy with some auto body repair experience, so I can see less than perfection. I see flaws all over the road as I drive. Over the years I have had numerous cars repaired at various auto body repair facilities. Many were good, but I have to rate V & F number 1. First and foremost, the results were spectacular. On my 2020 charcoal colored Lexus, all the seams were aligned. Patina was perfect. Metal flake matched exactly. Car was like new. Second, their communication regarding the status of my vehicle was the best in my experience. Third, they were very accommodating regarding the scheduling. I have a prized collector car I plan to entrust to them next. I see they have a 5 star rating already. Add me to the list. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I do not leave comments very often, but we were so satisfied with the recent repair of one of our vehicles that I feel compelled to pass on what I learned. After a recent flooding issue with our vehicle, we were sent to V&F for repairs. The customer service and quality of their work were amazing from helping to transport the vehicle, to keeping the rental car company informed, to, most importantly, keeping us informed of the progress. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality repairs to their vehicle.

Hands down the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at an autobody shop in years. USAA chose it for me after an accident but I couldn’t be happier and will use them for everything I ever need in the future.From drop off to pick up - they kept me in the loop with daily texts, immediate phone calls when there was additional parts needed and a super easy pick up and check out experience.They even cleaned the jeep for me — which was entirely unexpected and more than appreciated.
