“I went to find pre-workout that I normally get, and Brandon helped me. He educated me on a better brand that I ended up buying. I appreciate his honesty and him looking out for my best interests. Instead of pushing something I don’t need on me! Awesome job man!”

“I enjoy going to the Shoppe in Menlo Park because the associate knows me, is always helpful, and when he does not have an answer, he seeks one out. The prices are WAY too high, but I am more comfortable conversing with a pro, and would rather support a local business than purchase blindly online. Work on that pricing, though......times are hard, and our current administration isn't doing much for the American poor and middle classes.”

“Outstanding Service and Knowledge at GNC I had the pleasure of visiting GNC store 1001 recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. Mike went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed, and their knowledge about supplements is unmatched. From the moment I walked in, Mike greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen to my goals and concerns. I was looking for something to boost my energy and support my workouts, but I had a lot of questions. Instead of rushing through the process, they patiently explained the various products, their benefits, and what might work best for me. What stood out the most was their ability to explain complex ingredients in a way that was easy to understand, without being pushy or salesy. It felt more like a conversation with someone who genuinely cared about helping me make the best choice for my health. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, Mike was also very personable and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. They even offered some great tips on how to incorporate the supplements into my daily routine for maximum results. It’s rare to come across such exceptional customer service, and I will definitely be returning to this store for all my supplement needs. Highly recommend asking for Mike. Thanks Mike!”

“The worker Justin has helped me a ton the couple times i have shopped at GNC in tottenville. Easily the nicest and hardest working employee. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to supplements and has recommended a lot of great brands for me. This man deserves a raise for all the blood, sweat and tears he has put into this place.”
