Just had Fuda of Butler install our new outdoor kitchen counters and couldn’t be happier. Price was great and the entire process from picking out the stone to install took less then 2 weeks!! Would definitely recommend them!

PLEASE READ. If I could give this company zero stars I would. BE AWARE THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK!! My countertops were installed and they are beautiful. Several months after the installation a stress crack appeared. It started in the underside of the countertop in a corner and spread to the top of the counter where it is very visible. It was less than a year so I contacted Fuda and they basically accused me of putting something heavy or hot on the counter which is absolutely false. In the reply the owner(?) was extremely rude, accusing me of being demanding. This is my email... "I called last week and was told you'll call me back. I haven't received a call yet. I would like to attempt the repair, however, the crack is NOT from weight or heat it's a dress fracture from where the corner was cut. It started in the corner and moved up to the countertop. Do you not warranty your work for a year? The condition of sale statement at the bottom of the invoice doesn't state anything about guaranteeing your work, it also doesn't mention quartz. It's mainly a statement about liability if the product is not maintained. Please prove a copy of your warranty policy. If my only option is to repair it I would like that done as soon as possible. If it looks horrible, I don't expect perfection, but I do expect it to look good, then we'll have to figure out the next steps. But I have pictures as well and this is a stress fracture from where it was cut. There's no way possible it was heat since it started in the side and we put nothing heavy enough to damage the countertop on it." There is nothing rude or demanding in that email. However this is part of his reply... "When we installed it back in April 2023, there was absolutely no mention or note of a stressor or crack, as you mentioned. At the time of installation, you had the right to inspect and refuse the job, but that was never done. If it were true, we would have replaced it then. Now, several months later, you are demanding and accusing us of wrongdoing, which I will not partake in." I made no accusations - I stated what was wrong. Sounds like they're used to being defensive. He DID offer to have someone try to repair it but actually stated it could look good or it could look horrible and if it does he would sell me a replacement at cost. He also stated that I had the opportunity to inspect and report the issue at the time of installation. Since the crack started under the cabinet, I had no way to see it at time of install. Bottom line, shame on me for not making sure there was a warranty so I own responsibility for that. In the email, he stated no one in the industry provides a warranty. It's not true. I checked. He also stated is they do the price is significantly higher. Also not true in every case. After the comment that "it could look good or it could look horrible" and the rudeness, I didn't trust them to try to repair it. I repaired it myself and it doesn't look horrible but the crack is visible, which I will have to live with. Hope this information is helpful before you decide where to buy your countertops.

We have been slowly updating everything in our kitchen since we moved in. We finally got to the flooring and I stopped in at Fuda in Butler to see their options. Susanna, our salesperson, was very personable and helpful. We were on a somewhat short timeline and I was hoping to find something that I liked that was in stock, but I ended up picking something with a 4-8 week lead time because I’m picky. The 8 week was really going to be hard for us because that was right when my husband‘s busy season starts with work and we were installing it ourselves, so we were hoping it was closer to 4 weeks. Around week 5, I called for an update. They called the manufacturer and they said that it would be at least another 4 weeks, so I opted to pick a different tile. Fuda 100% made the situation right in terms of price and even offered to deliver the tile to our driveway for free. Will definitely recommend them to others!

Very helpful when making a selection. Had an issue with a 5 inch long, approximately 1 inch gap on the back of the countertop, where it meets the wall. I contacted the store and let them know they were going to put me in touch with the owner, which never happened. Then they put me in touch with the fabricator, he offered a couple solutions that I was not happy with, his next comment was, would you just like me to build you a new kitchen? I found him to be rude, at least to me my boyfriend called, and they did come up with a resolution of patching, the space where the cut had been botched. I still had not gotten any follow up from the store itself to see if satisfaction has been achieved. They called to let me know that my grout and caulk was in, I let them know how unhappy I was, and that I felt that I was do some sort of restitution because I did not get what I paid for. after that, I still got crickets, no response. When I went in to pick up the grout, they asked oh is everything OK, I said that there had been a repair made. And it should've been quite obvious to them that I was not happy. They just gave me my stuff and try to get me out of the store as quick as possible. Obviously, I will never use them again.

I just bought granite countertops from Fuda in Butler and it was unnecessarily adventurous. After looking at a few fabricators, we chose to do business with Fuda in Bulter because they had a specific granite stone on display that we liked. After putting down a deposit, we were then directed to Indo American in Kearny to choose the specific slabs we wanted. When we got to Indo American, they were closed to the public (Fuda made the appointment), resulting in my wife and I losing a half day's worth of work. Fuda then refereed us to Reliance Granite in Kennilworth, who was open to the public. We chose our stone and a few days later, a guy came to measure our space. We had a detailed discussion regarding the space, including how we wanted our kitchen sink setup and the new island. 2 weeks later, we put down our final payment and a few guys came to do the install. We had specifically requested to have the kitchen sink setup as a top mount, but it was installed as an under mount (the sink was able to be installed as either). After everything was completed, the guys just walked out without giving us any time to inspect anything. A week later, I had noticed that the island did not have any additional support. After discussions with other fabricators and research, I leaned that the there should be support brackets between the granite and the countertops since their is a 13 inch overhang, which should have been part of the installation. I asked Fuda and I was told I need to do it on my own and that fabricators don't do that. Sadly, I think I just chose the wrong fabricators with getting a constant run around for all steps of the process.
