“Have been banking with PNC for many years at Stop N Shop. They are great and helped so much with so much kindness when mother died. Needed to use a full sized branch and it is closer, spacious, and has all services. All bank staff are bankers or higher in skill and have several years experience. They went above and beyond once again when cash was needed quickly after 3 days without home water. Days later financial broker at another entity was creating difficulties in transferring funds from investments to PNC (who has a fiduciary standard, always ask) and they did it again. Stress and exhaustion were greeted with patience, kindness, and focused loyalty. If commenting on specific employees was permitted, this post would be several times longer with gushing so extreme blushes would be induced. They are everything you remember about banking from the good old days though they are subject to prevailing interest rates as are we all. Even the furniture is new and comfy.”

“Tuesday evening 1/23/24 I had the pleasure of stopping at this bank to make a quick deposit. I found the 2 tellers Michael & Toni to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Now I know where my bank is at when I am in the area. This pNC is open til 6pm and that is exactly why I was here. Late hours. I hope the branch manager knows what a great teller crew this Tuesday shift has :)”

“An employee Laura reached out to me and left a voicemail requesting I come in to discuss additional benefits i can be receiving through my account. I normally never entertain calls or voicemails like this but this time i called back and scheduled an appointment just to see what they had to offer and I figured I can get some information on mortgages.In the time I spent at the meeting I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the staff. They were all very friendly and were helpful with presenting multiple different options i could do to maximize my money growth that i didn't know were options. These included higher yield, short term CD's (under 1 year maturation) and written requests for an exception of higher yields from PNC in savings (at the time it was possible to get up to 4.5% which is literally over 100x the APY i was getting in my virtual wallet).I had a very positive experience in the PNC branch and hope other PNC customers are encouraged to take the time to meet with someone at PNC as well for their individual needs.”
