Went into Petco to purchase some treats and toys for my dogs. The staff were very friendly and offered their assistance. I didn't need any help but everyone working there were genuinely nice.

Very clean and perfectly organized. Sales people are extremely helpful and not right on top of you, so you can shop in comfort. Cashiers are also helpful.

Customer service from Rianne and Lauren was awesome. very kind and helpful with trying to order something that was out of stock. I'm only putting 4 stars because the Petco helpline was NOT helpful for us lol, and the store hasn't had the cat food I need in stock for over a month. But the employees that helped me were lovely and deserve recognition!

I called and made an appointment same day for our pet who got injured. the staff were friendly & wonderful & Dr Eisenberg was awesome! He examined our pet & gave detailed explanation & lab works. Adam was gentle in handling her. We were done in 20 minutes.

I always have a nice experience at my Petco store. My dog and I love the groomer, Ally. She is always so sweet and courteous. My mind is at ease when I leave my dog with her because I know she always takes great care of him. All of the employees at my store in Butler, NJ, are always helpful and professional.

Always the most outstanding service of a retail establishment I've ever received. Great area but greater people. I have been a customer of this location for half including dog training and grooming services for several animals and I can't compare another pet store to what is provided at Kinnelon Petco.
