Ugh! Terrible experience! I walked in and this salesman approached me. He was slimy and looking for a quick easy sale he could manipulate.... like a bad used car salesman. As a female I can recognize them a mile away. But couldn't shake him despite the fact he kept leaving me to answer calls and I approached other salesmen. I walked in knowing what I wanted. I had a selection of items I wanted to see to purchase. A sofa and chair, coffee table, bookcase and end tables. I knew what I wanted, if only he would listen!!! But being a dumb female, why would I know?? He kept pushing me towards things I didn't want and ignoring what I did want. I finally got a sofa and tables after insisting. No sale price for me. And a huge waste of time and effort. I did get some of what I wanted, but he could have sold more if only he would listen!! No way would I go back to that store. I did great at Rockaway. It's way further, but definitely worth the drive.

We purchased two King Koil Twin XL beds with adjustable frames to replace our king bed. Our salesperson, Jared, was fantastic and I would recommend speaking with him. Listened to our wants and needs and provided us with a great bed. 5-Star service!I am saddened by manufacturing of our beds. Although they are great to sleep on, they are of two different heights. Now it is a slight difference, due to the fact that they sit side-by-side everyone who have seen them noticed the height difference.Customer Service is to come next weekend and I will post a follow up.

Jim was the best! My daughter is moving out of state and his knowledge of the furniture in the showroom was instrumental in her finding the right pieces that will work in her new apt. He was patient, professional, truly made us feel at ease so for that, he will be our go to salesperson when I shop for furniture again.

We had a great experience. Jared was our sales associate he was patient and informative. We got a sectional which had to be switched around a bit to fit our space. The process was quick.

This was our second purchase within a month. We were very satisfied with the salesperson. He was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable. We did our research and the purchase and quality fell in line with what we had learned.

Very good selection of sofas and love seats laid out well. Sales person was professional and not overbearing - respected us but was there when we needed him. Was surprised with such a positive experience. Most furniture stores the sales people are right next to you the whole time.

Everything seemed fine until we were informed that a fabric swatch that we had chosen was no longer available from the manufacturer. Thankfully, there was another that also worked. Also, the process, digitized, seems to take longer than it would if it were still done the old fashioned way.

My husband and I have now purchased a sectional and a dining table from the Raymour & Flanigan in Kinnelon, and have nothing but positive things to say about the entire process! Every sales rep we’ve encountered has been very kind, patient, and gave us space to look around and weigh our options. We ended up working with Jared DePrima for both of our purchases, and he was so helpful in every way! The delivery of our sectional was seamless, and the pickup for our table was just as easy. We will definitely be returning for our future furniture needs!

We recently visited R&F in Kinnelon, NJ to look for a bedroom set. Our sales associate, AJ, was great! She answered all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she was honest about it and went to find someone who did.The quality of the furniture is very good, with solid wood and dovetail joints (in the items we selected). Delivery time frame was much quicker than we expected! We're very pleased, and will definitely be back in the future for pieces for other rooms.

Raymour & Flanagan is my go-to store for buying fine furniture and I have bought many items from their stores. My recent visit was to purchase Living Room furniture. AJ Alshaban was my sales consultant and she was Excellent! She had wonderful suggestions and helped me make what I think was an excellent choice! AJ was very professional and very personable and I had a very enjoyable purchasing experience!

The delivery guys were GREAT!! One piece of furniture had the WRONG color legs and R&F has ordered a replacement & will swap out the wrong piece for the correct piece! HOW'S THAT for customer service??? FANTASTIC, right!

Bought a gray dining set from them a few weeks ago. The table arrives and it's brown, not at all the gray color shown on the website. After getting redirected between the store customer service and R&F corporate customer service and the store again and waiting on an "approximately 5 minute" hold that was actually 25 minutes long, was told that's the color the set actually comes in and my only option was to return with a 15% restocking fee. Maybe update the website photos and description to reflect that this is a brown table, not a gray one? It's still being sold as gray.I've bought three times from R&F in my lifetime and each time there were problems, so this will probably be the last.Update: the set is now about six months old and the chairs are breaking in the same way as my last R+F dining set. Screws are backing out, the padding is coming off, the frame is getting cracks, the chair is getting wobbly, and so on. At least the last set made it to a few years before I had to start constantly repairing it instead of a few months. But next time, which will probably be soon at the rate the chairs are deteriorating, I will invest in higher quality furniture.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came at a time when they had a VIP promotion. This promotion was explained to me and a very welcome surprise. My salesperson was very friendly and patient to help me choose the perfect recliner. I am so looking forward to its arrival.

Wow! Raymour and Flanigan furniture kudos to poor quality and costly furniture. We just bought a new couch worth 2500$ almost an year and half ago! Since then twice I have asked them to come fix the couch and yesterday the couch just broke while my wife was sitting and feeding our 2 weeks old. This is what a $2500 couch does to you in mere less than 2 years! We imagined with a reputed company like R&F the couch would last at-least 10 years! See attached photos, will not recommend anyone to buy if this is the quality of Raymour and the support you get. My wife was just recovering from giving birth and now she has to recover from back sprain and we are even scared to sit on the couch!Don’t buy the couch and if you decide to, take the 5 years insurance because it WILL BREAK IN 2 years.I already got the love seat changed within 2 months because of poor quality and the pillows weren’t sewed properly so thankfully at early stages within3 months they helped, but it a continued problem.Apologize for long post but very frustrated with quality of such a pricey couch, should have gone with Amazon or wayfair or marketplace.

Not easy working with them. Sales team was inadequately trained, and had to redo our order twice, then remove “extra” items that added a cost. When I questioned the extra costs it was adding $300 so I can buy a cover for the bed in case I want to return it. Then it was shipped to the wrong address, so we had to deal without a bed for one night while they rerouted. I asked the manager to contact me to discuss the mishaps, no call yet. Likely last time we do business with them.
