“I went to Route 46 to purchase a used vehicle I saw online. I drove about 90 minutes as it seemed like a good deal. When I got there, there was quite a bit of markup on it and I wasn’t happy. The sales people worked with me and gave me a great deal. I left with the vehicle.

The next part I wasn’t so happy with. I don’t know much about cars so didn’t know how to check it well. I took it back home to PA and failed inspection. I called probably 8-10 times and emailed another 3. No one was helping or responding. At this point I figured I was going to have to eat the $1100 necessary fixes. While waiting at the garage while getting it necessary items, I was irate and called the dealership again. This time I told them I just need to talk to the highest up person possible - I again was sent to a voicemail of “Jamie”. I figured like all the other calls, it would go unreturned. Jamie called me back within 5 minutes from her cell phone. I explained the situation and she was very understanding. She asked me to send her the emails I had sent as well as a copy of the garage bill. She said they guarantee their vehicles to pass inspection. After it was finished, she mailed me a check for the full amount of the bill, including the inspection fees, more than I was even expecting.

You can go here and deal with confidence knowing their upper management has your back (even if the direct employees are unreachable after sale). If you have any issues at any of their brands, call and ask for Jamie - she will make it right and in an expedited manner. Every dealership should have a “Jamie” that cares about the customers and gets things done swiftly!

“I've always been skeptical of used car dealers, to the extent that I usually stuck with leasing new or buying certified pre-owned cars. We needed a relatively affordable but reliable first car for our 17 year old daughter and we stopped by Prime Auto Imports just to see what they had. We live in town, so it wasn't like we went far and had the pressure of coming home with something, so we just took our time look. We found a beautiful Audi for her, which was extremely clean and drove exceptionally well, and we bought it. We've been extremely happy with it ever since.One month later, I decided to stop in just to see what I could get for my pickup truck (which was only five years old) and if there was anything on the lot that might interest me. I found a full size SUV and same as the Audi, it was in beautiful shape. I traded my truck in on the spot and drove away with a beautiful car. Now, I've always been leery of European cars, especially used ones, but I thought "if I can't afford to fix it, I'd never buy it". It helps to know a little about cars when buying used because you know what to look and listen for that can give you an idea of how well a car was maintained (under the car, under the hood, etc). Even so, I took the cars to a local mechanic who specializes in European luxury cars and he took 5 hours to go over every inch of them. Minus a few things that need to be addressed and won't cost more than maybe a few hundred dollars all together to fix (hey, they're used cars and you must expect to shell out a few bucks to keep them in top shape), he told me that I bought two beautiful cars that were very well cared for and his final reports outlined not one issue of concern, minus a few normal wear and tear items.My point is, Prime sells quality used cars at a great price and gave me a fair trade in on my truck. It literally is a "zero pressure" buying experience and Adel and Gabe run a very honest operation (not to mention, they're just incredibly nice people). There were no "gotchas", no bait and switch tactics, and they're extremely transparent about the cars they sell. We were extremely happy with our experience and our purchases from Prime, and are proud to support a local business in our town. Out of all of the used car dealers on Hamburg Turnpike Prime is the best, hands down. “Mike the salesman that I met at Bloomingdale Auto Group was very busy when I first arrived to the lot. However, he still made the time to let me view all the cars I was interested in. The most laid back salesman I’ve ever met. He did not rush me nor did he pressure me to take the first car I test drove. He was very patient and allowed me to take my time to make my decision which was very hard by the way as there were so many cars I was interested in and that were in my price range which was around $1500-$2000 which was not much but I was determined to find something that day as that was like the 4th or 5th dealership I went to. He even allowed me and my brother to test drive the car alone which was a first as that’s never happened to me before. **Side note: I definitely recommend that you bring someone who is knowledgeable about cars with you like I did, that way you can be sure you make the right choice and you don’t miss any crucial details**Once we test drove a 2nd car and checked out everything to make sure it was to my liking, I purchased it the same day and took it home without any issues. I inquired about the title and was told that it would be mailed to me. I was a little bit wary on that part so I insisted to pick it up once it was ready and Mike completely understood and told me to call the next business day before coming to the office to pick it up. The car was purchased on a Friday and I was able to pick up the title on the following Wednesday which was a few days later. I ended up going to their location in Butler which I was ok way as it was closer to me then their Bloomingdale location.Once I got their Chris and their friendly staff was able to swiftly assist me with retrieving my title. I was then able to go to the MVC with it and registered the car with no issues. I’m really happy with my purchase and want to thank Mike with Bloomingdale Auto Group for the amazing car shopping experience. Which was a 10/10. Highly recommend!!”
