I go here almost everyday. Cashiers are nice, but the managers walking around a pretty full themselves. Just because you're a manager doesn't mean you're above checking someone out at the register!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes things aren’t always as they seem. Such an instance is this 4 star review because the service received was 1 or 2 stars but the recovery was 4 stars. Pharmacy issues were resolved via the personal efforts of the manager, Zahir. His helpful disposition, ability to listen and desire to timely resolve are proper characteristics of management.. Thank you.

Had to call the pharmacy, On hold for 1 hour. The corporation says “we’re sorry someone will be with you Shortly “ If they were sorry they would hire someone to help with the phone, they are not sorry at all therefore they are liars like most corporations. On top of that they peddle products full of chemicals and sugar. Great place:(

The Pharmacist is really bad. I was a new client, I had to repeat my demographic information like 10 times… repeat my son’s date of birth several times and the rep on the phone said insurance was rejecting because the date of birth was wrong. I asked to confirm DOB and she said 2025.., which was incorrect. Asked me to pay for the prescription, or call my insurance. I tried to explain insurance is correct because is being use the entire year including other pharmacies… she didn’t want to let me speak. I asked for the supervisor expecting quality of service at least to interact and the experience was worst because she said her technician was 2 long with me on the phone…. Training for your staff and get a professional to be call supervisor!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I am pregnant with horrible nausea and throwing up, my OB sends in a prescription at 1pm. They said because it was an E script they can’t fill it until 3-4pm the next day! Unacceptable. They do not care about their customers at all. Don’t waste your time and go to CVS pharmacy across the street. They will treat you better.

I had an incredible experience at this location yesterday. I was running late to my son's birthday party desperate to find a place to fill his balloons. I had less than 30mins and the party city and dollar store closest to the party location were shut down. I ran into Walgreens hoping for someone to help when Monica and Damon jumped into action to help me in a time of need. What an incredible show of not only customer service but hospitality. They were so willing to support a customer that needed help - even as far as helping me tie the ribbon I purchased to the balloons. I was touched by their thoughtfulness and humanness in this moment and I hope their manager Charles will acknowledge the incredible team he has at Walgreens Kinnelon! Ill certainly be a lifelong customer!

Not sure what this hubbub about the pharmacy's scheduled meal break is all about because their hours are clearly posted. Those people gotta eat after all and based on how swamped they look every time I come in to pick up medication...I'd say they've well earned that half hour. Thank you guys for everything you do 🙏❤️

Place doesn't even deserve any stars. Absolutely Atrocious. Came here to pickup meds for a baby that has a hard time breathing and pharmacy tells me they can't fill it right now since they have to go to lunch in few mins and give them 1 hour after they get back to fill. Shame on you Walgreens.

I was shocked at the super low ratings. I have never had an issue at this store except for the fact they have one cashier working with a 10+ person line. I haven't dealt with their pharmacy (thankfully from what I have read) but the store itself is clean, easy to find and conveniently located near me.

Extremely rude pharmacist who was extremely condescending. After being a Rite Aid customer for years I am now switching to the new CVS on the other side of Route 23.

I was in the store today to drop off a FedEx package to be shipped. The employee with the gray hair was rude and said we don't take packages bigger than 48" I explained the package was only 36" to which she replied rudely after not telling the truth, I am not taking it!Walgreens needs to train their staff to be polite and accommodating, not rude and lazy.

I recently went to Walgreens to print out some Christmas cards. My husband and I were finding it a little difficult figuring out the machine. One of the employees Steven over heard us and came over and helped us. I didn’t want to ask him because I saw that he was swamped with other work and printing other peoples Christmas cards. He came over on his own and was so patient and helpful. He easily could of ignored us and continued with his work. It was a pleasant experience and so nice to deal with Steven.
