We worked with Gustavo two Saturdays in a row. His customer service skills are impeccable and his sense of humor was right up our alley! We did not feel that we working with a salesman for one moment. He is a valuable resource for AT&T!

I had a great experience with Devin at AT&T! He helped me get a new phone and watch, and his customer service was excellent from start to finish. Devin was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He wasn’t dry or pushy—just easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. If you’re going to AT&T for anything, I highly recommend asking for Devin. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable!

The last 3 times I have been in the store in Forked River they have not given me the service i requested. This last time topped it off. They credited my wrong account and agreed with me saying I gave the wrong number. He rep was SO unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Chris was an amazing help in explaining my options for a new phone. He was unbelievably patient. Totally knew all his products and helped me walk out of the store with not only 2 new phones but I also had a smile on my face. Not typically an easy feat. Thank you Chris, you rock!!!

I needed help with my phone and Devinn was super helpful. He helped me troubleshoot the problem with the phone and I was able to leave with a new trouble free phone. He transferred my info to the new phone and helped me navigate some of the new features. I needed further help getting used to the new phone so I returned to the store the next day and Devinn graciously answered all my questions. I left feeing confident and comfortable with my new phone. I definitely would recommend Devinn at the AT & T store!
