Main pharmacist lady have no business dealing with customers, nasty and extremely judgemental of people who's struggling and having hard time as it is dealing with insurance companies and physicians, shame on you if you're that good of a pharmacist you should be in the back filling scripts.

The lady behind the counter was a sweetheart the pharmacist not so much. There is a mixup with my refill for my metoprolol because my doctor sent it to Rite Aid on the 14th. They close their doors on the 16th without notice they sent my stuff to CVS who apparently never got my refill for my metoprolol which I've been taken since I had open-heart surgery in January so the nice lady behind the counter asked the pharmacist if she'd give me a couple to hold me over till I figured it out with my doctors office the next day, the pharmacist wouldn't because apparently Rite Aid said they refilled it on 7/9 I went back and showed my empty bottle says 6/12 And she still wanna give me one to hold me over till tomorrow. Sorry, metoprolol isn't a narcotic and I don't take it cause I want to I take it cause I have to!!!!

After being disrespected by illmanered pharmacist decided to call corporate and file complaint rating a star Is going to far..No professionalism by pharmacist i unfortunately had to deal with. Can now understand low rating
Time for corporate to clean house or go further down drain! One bad apple can spoil the bunch

Busiest CVS ever, but they do a great job! I recently used the message option to ask about a script, and they called within 30 minutes to answer my question! So much better than calling and waiting on hold! Great option!

Id give zero stars if possible. I can’t speak for the regular staff but I can say the pharmacists are the most rude, nasty and ignorant people you will come into contact with.
My doctor refilled a prescription for a cough medicine over a month ago and just needed to refill once more. The staff told me they were refusing me service as it was “too soon”. When questioned, the pharmacist manager wrongly used the term professional courtesy and hung up on me. All this when I’ve personally seen individuals who are clearly under the influence walk out with filled prescriptions of who knows what.
If you want a team of people pretending to be medical professionals. Come here. If you want your medicine, as your doctor ordered. Stay far away from this place. They should be ashamed of themselves.

i was in cvs again today regarding my over the counter purchase.
i have had numerous times trouble with my Braven card. i am turned down alot with no explanation. i leave y;our store and go to wall mart.......no trouble? it is so very embarrassing to be at the counter and have the associate say my card was turned
down. it was filled on 10-1 with 70.00. where is the problem?? do you not accept Braven coverage ???? totally disappointed

One of the worst places to get your meds. Pharmacy staff are either half awake or sampling medication I'm not sure which. Nothing is ever done within a reasonable amount of time. And only half the time my doctor calls in my meds do they actually fill it.

You can't call and talk to a person in the pharmacy anymore, now the system forces you to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback. It said within an hour, we'll see if and when I get a call back.
Time to switch to a new pharmacy.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The app rarely works right and it's always taken way too long to reach someone at the store. Now they've made it even worse; they don't answer the phone at all. You have to navigate your way through the call system, leave a voice mail, and then wait for a call back! Unacceptable!

My doctor ordered an antibiotic for me at 6pm never received a call to tell me the prescription was ready. I called cvs a 8:30pm was told the prescription was ready. Pulled up to the drive through window at 8:51pm, one car in front of me, pulled up to the window as it struck 9pm and they lowered the gate on me and told me they were closing and I needed to come back the following morning or I could drive 32 miles to a 24 hour cvs to get my prescription. This is very poor customer service as I was already waiting in line before 9pm
