Every time we visit this store the customer service is horrible! Rude and not helpful. Also I fell today inside the store, when my husband told the service department no one acknowledged that I even fell. Manahawkin is a bit of a drive but so worth not having to deal with Forked River rude and inconsiderate staff.

The store employees are good but DO NOT buy LG products from them or any place else . We have a $3000 fridge only two years old and the freezer went on it , LG could not get a service Tech to come out and yes we had the warranty on it . Two weeks go buy after we lost the food and we finally got through and we’re told the part was on order? How when no one even came here . They apparently know they have issues so on the fourth week yes a month no freezer a tech shows up says t

Came in to get wall trim and have it cut. Finally found an employee, Rob, to help at the cutting center. He said we can do it ourselves at the DIY. Huh? Isn't that what the cutting center is for? Then he said our wood trim was plastic, which it wasn't, and had no bearing on still needing it cut. I said I wanted it cut on the machine cause it's a cleaner cut rather than the sloppy saw. He acted like we were asking him to cut a dozen pieces. Just two, Rob ya fugazy. Then he was very confused about measuring 14'. I don't even know what to say about the whole ordeal. All I know is they should keep Rob out in the garden center with the other vegetables. Place has no ac on so I'm melting while Rob attempts to do his J. O. B. Over it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We order a refrigerator and they call to schedule delivery. We asked to reschedule delivery, which you have to jump through hoops and talk to someone in a different state. They rescheduled us for TODAY between 7am and 11am. We received a confirmation call last night. Nobody shows up - I call Home Depot in Forked River and after spending 25 minutes on hold, they proceed to tell me that the order was CANCELLED! You're kidding me right? Never ever again. All my large purchases will go through any other company than Home Depot.

Home Depot install the window in my house It leaked the installer was the subcontractor who did not know what he was doing I have damage to my kitchen and now I'm getting a runaround Home Depot does not ensure the damage that they create you have to go through a third-party that will lie so they don't have to pay out for the damages that they do disgusting

Service desk people were very rude....I was only there to pick up something for a friend that she ordered.....right away I was told oh that might be a problem....3 people at desk and no one knew how to go about getting it for me.....half hour it took.....

I have to say, I have never been so disappointed in Home Depot. I recently order 4 new major appliances. They called to confirm delivery on 9/18/17 for delivery on 9/18/17 between 4pm -8pm. When nobody called or showed up at 8:15 I called the number on paperwork and could not get through. Then called Lacey store and I have to say the manager was not helpful or very nice. He said that we were next on the list for delivery, that's at 8:30 at night! Needless to say nobody ever called or showed up. We waited until 10pm! Then had to take all the food we put in coolers and put them back in refrigerator! Unexceptable Home Depot!

Husky Brand tools have gone down the toilet, as well as the HD customer service. 200 piece wrench and socket set just rolled down my driveway because the case snapped at the hinges. Tools are less than a year old, no more carrier, and HD bounces me around from department to department.

I went in looking to buy a truck box. I found the one I wanted but there was only a floor model. One of the customer service representative asked if he could help me. I told him I was looking for the specific box but I wasn't interested in the floor model on the ground level. There were plenty on one of the upper shelves above it. He looked at me and asked me why I didn't want the floor model. He asked if there was something wrong with it. I told him there wasn't anything wrong with it that I know of but it's the floor model and I preferred to get something from stock. He looked annoyed so I told him never mind and that I was sorry for Bothering him to do his job. I left and will buy the item on Amazon and not have to deal with crap like that

I cannot stand Home Depot...They had a grill with a small smoker attached to it for $100 bucks, I purchased it Thursday morning and the lady at courtesty said the assembly was free and it would be ready sometime Friday and they said they would call me. Didn't call all day, I finally called them about 5:30pm and they couldn't find it; waited on the phone for about 20 mins and they finally found it and it was ready. My husband and son went to go and pick it up and the racks were missing, wheel fell off and not to mention the frigging attitude! REMINDER NEVER TO GO HERE AGAIN WHEN STUFF IS ON SALE, unless you like aggravation!!!!

Shame on you Home Depot, I wag my finger at you and I may not be using my pointer finger. I purchased a dishwasher, paid to have it installed only to have the delivery people tell me they could not install it because they felt it would be too difficult. So was I paying for an easy install? I was told they would leave the dishwasher and I could get someone else to install the device. These days we pay for more and get less. So I decided to refuse the order and to take my business elsewhere. I could not understand why it could not be installed. This is the second dishwasher I've purchased through them. The delivery person/installer had a whole bunch of reasons which all added up to the old adage "The dog ate my homework." Did I tell you I paid extra for installation? Bottom line..I took my business to a local appliance dealer where customer service really does matter. " BIG BOX STORE", I guess bigger isn't always better.
