I would do no stars, we went to lacey home depot placed an order for some lumber equaling around 300 for delivery the next day, delivery was for today at 6am to 8pm. We get a call at 6:15 and they tell us they can't deliver and we won't get to July 15th!?! We are 3 miles away and nothing is custom ordered!!!
Update: Home Depot left a response, but the Webform link does not open. We called the store, and no one could figure out why this happened to our order and honestly not very helpful they told us we had to cancel the order and re-order and then pick up ourselves and they don't reserve trucks so of course when we went there, there were no trucks available. We had to make two trips today.

Usually pretty good.... place a curbside delivery and wait an hour for it to come out, meanwhile there are 3 employees holding up the propane tank holders out front of the building

Trent Colombo is an exceptional staff member here. My son had to make a marshmallow launcher for his school science project. I have no idea about pvc, springs, or any of the other components that went into making this but he went above and beyond helping my son find everything he needed and did some problem solving with him for the project. Thanks Trent !

Bad customer service I ever seen at Home Depot, they got many new guys who don’t even know what they doing. You can stay at register more then 30 minutes ever if one person before you. Sucks

The workers here are very helpful. Easy access for people with disabilities. They have just about everything here. Making returns is easy should you need to return something. The prices are reasonable for most things.
