DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM INTEGRITY POOL AND SPA.
I PURCHASED A POOL FROM HIM IN 2020 AND IT WAS INSTALLED IN 2021 AND ON DAY 2 THEY TOOK OUT MY SEWER LINE. I HAD TO PAY FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE FOR THAT AS WE COULDN'T USE OUR BATHROOMS AND INSTALL WAS AT A STAND STILL. THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED IF THE PROPER ACTIONS WERE TAKEN FOR MARKINGS OF WHERE THE LINES RAN. THAN MY LINER WAS DROPPED IN AND THE POOL JUST SAT THERE FOR OVER A MONTH, AND WAS NEVER BACK FILLED UNTIL OVER A MONTH LATER, AND WITH THAT BEING SAID WE WERE LOSING WATER. RICH IS GREAT IN THE BEGINING AND ALL FRIENDLY ETC BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM HOW DARE YOU ASK HIM ANYTHING. I TOLD HIM WE WERE LOSING WATER AND HIS RESPONSE WAS WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT. HE IS A DISGUSTING PERSON AND WHAT GOES AROUND WILL COME AROUND FOR THE WAY HE SPOKE TO ME IN THAT OFFICE AND I BROUGHT HIM PICTURES TO SHOW HOW WE WERE LOSING WATER. NOW FOUR YEARS LATER I AM REPLACING THE LINER, EVEN THOUGH A LINER SHOULD LAST FOR 15-20 YEARS. WE HAVE HAD A DIVER OUT EVERY YEAR WITH REPAIRS ON THE LINER AS THE LINER IS FAULTY. DO NOT BUY A POOL FOR HIM UNLESS YOU WANT ENDLESS HEADACHES AND SOMEONE THAT THINKS HE IS ENTITLED TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS HOWEVER HE FEELS.
WITH SUCH A BIG EXPENSE YOU SHOULD GET BETTER SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING ON ISSUES THAT YOUR PEOPLE MADE ON THE POOL.

First year pool experience great… 2nd year after pool opening noticed concrete coping lifting off our pool sinking down… they refuse to help in any way .. I had 4 different companies out all stating they didn’t backfill properly … ZERO INTEGRITY ZERO ….

First year pool experience great... 2nd year after opening noticed gaps developing inside our pool from the concrete coping lifting off the pool... Contacted "Integrity" they blamed our pavers for the lifting of the concrete... Had 4 different companies come and inspect stating they did not backfill the concrete properly. They take no responsibility continuously and will help in any way to correct the problem . ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ... ZERO INTEGRITY .. We should've used Hutchinson or Kline instead ...

At first he seems like a nice guy willing to accommodate. Once he has your money in hand he sub contracts all the different trades and you are left at their mercy for scheduling. I do not recommend!!!!

Horrible service, sold me a defective hose, didn't even work for one minute and won't take it back. Paid over $100 dollars and item never worked. Go anywhere else but here!

Do yourself a favor and pick another company. Not only will you save yourself A LOT of money but aggravation as well. Rich is all nice while he is trying to get you into contract. He makes promises he DOES NOT keep. Any price he gives you TRIPLE IT if not more. Very dishonest and IS NOT a man of his word even though he uses "integrity" quiet frequently in conversation. Make sure you are checking your permits or better off if you pick his company file for all the permits yourself as he DOES NOT add all the work being done to the permit. He scams you and has you waiting until final inspection time comes around and they start failing you for all the things he did not put on the permit that you originally paid for in the beginning. The entire process his answer is " that wasn't included in the work" nothing is included when it comes down to it other than the shell of the pool itself. Anything that is included is cheap material and your better off without. He is unreasonable when it comes to having a conversation with him about things he told you would be done and then suddenly he goes against his word. Do yourself a huge favor DO NOT use integrity pools. Horrible company I have NO idea how he has been in business this long. Scam artist should be his middle name. Such a shame rich and his company stole all the joy out of having our pool installed. Nothing but a money pit. Pick another company.

Terrible company - Rich is aloud mouthed imbecile He sounds like Rodney Dangerfield on a rant I called to inquire about a problem I had when they closed my pool Rich started ranting - I was on a break during a meeting (about 20 people) I put the phone on speaker everyone started Laughing- they thought it was a Rodney Dangerfield skit. They couldn't believe that it was real - No it was real imbecile Rich showing off his customer service skills He lack's integrity stay away

They made our pool few years ago. The liner didn't even last 5 years. Upon calling them a few times trying to get it repaired instead of reinstalling a new one, they never scheduled and appointment, never. This year ( the next year) Iam getting is reinstall by another company. How are they still in business?
