First time I came not an issue, everyone working there is very nice as far as I can see honestly. If I could give the whole place 5 stars and this one lady 1 star I absolutely would. So take my 3 stars with a grain of salt and just know… it’s just for Lisa.
As for Lisa the lady who takes blood…. When I came in there was a blue rubber band thing (the thing they tie your arm with) just sitting on the arm of the chair where you get blood drawn. I peaked in the garbage and there wasn’t one from the patient prior to me. So it’s now my turn and she uses that exact blue rubber strap for my arm. When we were all done she opened the blue rubber strap and let it lay back down on the arm of the chair. She said you’re all done now I said thank you. I went to walk out and she was going to leave the same blue strap for the next person as well!!!!!!! So I took it upon myself and calmly said I’ll throw this out because it touched my skin and it’s only meant for one use. And I continued on my way out.
** side note I felt every push and pull with every vile of blood taken, so that kinda sucked… but definitely not at all as important as health and safety precautions **
Update 5/25- I’ve been here about 3x after this incident and I just make sure I don’t have the woman Lisa. Everyone else that works here is helpful and super nice .. and I’ve asked them about IF they’re supposed to the use the blue bands that they put around your arm before taking blood and they said ABSOLUTELY NOT. My mind was at ease knowing I was right about the situation and I will never let Lisa touch me my family or my kids or anyone I know if I can help it.

Was there today without an appointment. Figured I'd take my chances since I needed it done for medical clearance. Was in and out in under an hour !!!!! AMAZING!! They were well organized, everyone was super nice and the phlebotomist, didn't get her name, was really good and had this aura of calmness and Confidence about her. I am a hard stick and she got me in one shot !!!! Never happens. LOL. I'd go back there every time.

I got a LabCorp I think more than I go to the food store I have a brain injury diabetic spinal injury as well as other mother nature just hit me up but I tell you what through the years by veins have gone deeper and it makes it harder for them to find them but these girls are patient and have never hurt me or made me feel nervous in any way and they are very professional at their jobs and I would rather go to labco then go to a hospital that have blood drawn

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a Labcorp facility. Unorganized and unprofessional. Take will take the ride to Manahawkin or Toms River moving forward.

During check-in, I forgot my son needed a urinalysis done & he had just gone to the bathroom prior to getting there. I asked the lady if he could do the testing after & just get his blood work done. I was told no.. After waiting 40 minutes, another woman came out & said we could do the blood work & bring back the urine. My son missed his 1st class all because the 1st woman refused to give us a home urine kit. He would have been to school on time if not for the woman at the check-in counter. FROM 3 STARS TO 1 UPDATE; I brought back the urine test following morning & never received results. I handed the kit to the same woman who initially had us waiting there for the 40min. I called a week later looking for the results & they didn't have his test. Well, where did it go??

got my blood drawn today and was met with an extremely rude staff member. she said multiple rude comments to me and did not listen to my requests as her patient. i expressed that i know my own body and know that my right arm is easier to draw blood from. she stated that i was “questioning her experience” so she attempted to draw from my left arm then both of my hands, this did not work. finally she drew from my right arm which of course worked. i am covered in bruises due to how forceful this woman was with the needle. i left this experience in tears. the staff member saw i was upset and stated that “i had no right to be upset because i knew that my veins were difficult to find.” i have never been more uncomfortable with a situation like this in my life. i will never be returning here to get my blood drawn ever again. i advise people to go elsewhere for bloodwork.

I was a walk-in so I had to wait an hour to be seen. It wasn't terrible for a Monday morning, I knew it would be busy. The woman who took my blood was also the woman who checked me in. I told her I have anxiety when it comes to having blood drawn and she was super gentle and was making small talk to distract me. I wish I could have her every time I needed blood work.

Ginny was awesome taking blood work.
What a wonderful warm personality she has.
Hard workers there.
Place could be cleaner and it smelled.
But those gals rule that office.
Shoutout to them. Great work ladies !

Too crowded, nasty front desk personnel, woman drawing blood left people with nasty bruising from jamming the needle into your arm. I would not return here if you paid me!!!
