Totally unreliable. Strung me along for 13 days with one excuse after another until I finally told them to forget it. The office workers are clueless, uncoordinated and rude. Happy to find another company and would recommend folks do the same. Companies only learn when you hit their profits.

Ordered oil over a week ago. Took them quite a while to give us a date for delivery. once we did get a date it was a week away. With these cold days we have been having, our furnace is working hard to keep our home warm. We now have run out of oil and still have 3 days until we are supposed to get our oil delivered. The kicker...my in-laws order 2 days after us and received their delivery before us. Sadly this is not the first time we have had late delivery from them. would not recommend. we will be using another company from now on.

We just received our 1st delivery from Liberty. Delivery was one day after estimate, but it is only an "estimate". Way less expensive than our previous supplier. Will use again, and would recommend.

We have used liberty oil for 15 years previous to this year. This year has been a nightmare with deliveries. They had a driver deliver oil to our neighbor in error, then us which sparked slew of back and forth phone conversations while I was at work. 2nd time i was called again and was told that the driver ALMOST made the same mistake again. The 2nd time I was called again by the manager and was asked how we can make it easier for the driver to distinguish between my neig

Tried to buy $700 worth of fuel before the 15 percent promotion ended, internet/website wasn’t working. After being put on hold for 3 seconds she told me there was nothing they could do. LONG time customer since I bought my house. Well if that’s how this company treats loyal customers no problem. Got fuel from a competitor even gave me 10 percent and $25 off since I was a new customer. No wonder the rating is so low

Garbage company, put a order in before the new year. Didnt recieve any calls or email, called and they told us we would have our delivery by the 8th or 9th. Just called today to make sure and they said they are not excepting any new customers,...said i should have received an email and i received nothing. would have been nice to know that over a week ago when i called. Dont tell people a time of delivery if you cant except new people to begin with.

Bad management through and through. They’ll take your order, promise it in 3 to 5 days and then change the order 4 days later for a total of 11 days before delivery. I guess you get what you pay for, discount prices for lousy service. I’m already looking for someone else to provide fuel in the future.

NEVER AGAIN.....This is how not to do business. Ordered fuel online Jan 1st, no delivery or response by Jan. 4th, Sent email, had basic contact & they requested order #, provided immediately & then NOTHING. Called Jan 5th in the AM, spoke to Jasmine whom i believe was in the Flemington office who indicated that no new customers were being taken after looking up my order. Asked why my order was taken and why was I not informed of this action....Was provided excuses of a delive
