How come nothing is posted on your website or any other type of communication about this store closing giving the patients the opportunity to get their records and transfer their prescriptions?

Wow. I’m forced to give one star in order to leave a review, but I’m not sure it merits that anymore. I moved my family’s meds here years ago and it used to be run like clockwork, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Suddenly, NONE of our scripts or refills are ever done on time, their phone system is down and there seems to be only one person there who knows what is going on and is willing to help ( she is wonderful— they need to let her run it). I’ve also been a witness to someone bringing back medication saying they gave them the wrong thing! . This place has gone from the best pharmacy in town to the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I think they changed hands. It’s a mess. I’m so sad about this, but you can’t fool around with late or wrong medications— I’m protecting my family and taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I don't know what changed but this place is going down hill and dragging it's patients with them. FOUR days I have been waiting to get my daughter's prescriptions filled. Meanwhile she's getting more ill. Our doctor sent the prescription twice before finally verbally having them fill the prescription 3 days later. And they still forgot one of the medications! Meanwhile the employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off with their incompetence. Oh and good luck getting them to answer the phone or not close an hour early.Also it smells like a cat urinated inside the building.

Long story I am extremley disappointed with this pharmacy. I had called to refill my prescription on monday and was told that there was issues with my insurance, something that hasn’t been changed for years so I knew the issue was on their end. I called back the next day to see if they were able to figure out the problem and they said the prescription went though and i would be good to pick it up. When I arrived Friday my prescription was not ready and i was told to wait while the worker got it ready. I stood there for about 30 minutes while i heard the worker discussing what seemed to be a problem with my insurance and prescription. I was informed that they had stop taking my insurance but i was never sent a letter, was never told anything on the phone when I called to refill it and I had mentioned that I was almost out of medication when refilling my script. I have been taking this daily for 8 years now it is not something i can just stop but now i have gone without medicine for 2 days because something that is free for me was going to cost 150 dollars at this pharmacy. They told me to find a new pharmacy that takes my insurance and they would transfer my scripts so I called the Lanoka Harbor CVS and had asked them if they could call and have my scripts transferred and the women had told me it may not be ready until Saturday because meds to go has been slow on transferring them scripts. I called cvs today to see if my prescription was ready and was told that meds to go is not sending over my scripts and that my only option is to call my doctor and have them send cvs a new script. Well my doctor isn’t open until til Monday so i called meds to go and explained to them the situation and cvs still hasn’t received my prescription, so now I will go 5 days without medication i have been on daily for 8 years because of this pharmacy. I never leave bad reviews and always try to give business the benefit of the doubt but I cannot believe how negligent a pharmacy can be with patients medications and scripts.

Do not use this pharmacy!!! This pharmacy is full of people that simply don't want to be there to do their jobs, They mess-up medications all the time, and just down right rude as hell.

I have been going to the place for 10 years, but tonight was pretty disturbing. On google it says they close at 7pm Monday through Friday, so today Monday I go and pick up my diabetic supplies at 6:35 pm as soon as I walk in, I hear this old man, which is probably the Pharmacist, but not sure. yelling as soon as I walk in... let them all in bring all in yelling. I said, "Is there problem? Yes, where closed, I said I google and for as long as I been coming it is 7pm this woman's answer was read the sign on the door. So, I said forget I'll skip my medicine until tomorrow I don't need this aggravation. The best, as I leave, I sit and look, and the idiots still don't lock the door. Horrible attitudes and poor customer service. Just thought I share.

I went to CVS for a very long time. I like the small town, close knit feel where you feel the staff actually cares for you and wants to inform you on the medication your taking and go out of your way to help you and answer your questions. I was so over CVS, every-time I went after almost 2 years they still didn’t know me and I live In a very small town! Finally - I asked my doctor and called my insurance - they referred me to medicine to go - not once have I had an issue - they answer ALL my questions, and I have a lot , I’ve only dealt with the pharmacist during the week, Never weekend pharmacist and let me tell you, he is so intelligent and easy to approach with any questions and never makes you feel rushed or silly even if it’s a simple question one should known The women that work as pharmacy techs and check you out are the best! So sweet, remember me by name, go out of their way to ask me how my day is. This is what I like. A home town feel business. They are so diligent and really is one less stressor in my life. I would recommend them 1000%. Lately, my rxs are the CHEAPEST I’ve ever paid!!!! I’m shocked when I see my copay and bill total. All in all, great team , great environment. Compassionate and caring. The best! Kudos!

GREAT pharmacy. I dealt with CVS and Walgreens on Atlantic City blvd, and BOTH, always gave me problems with my prescription. Saying my doctor wasn’t actually a doctor…they can’t fill my script for another 2 days when it’s due now… it was a nightmare. But medicine to go has my prescriptions ready within the hour they’re called in, and they are awesome people. Thank you guys so much for actually caring about us patients❤️

Friendly family owned pharmacy who went out their way to file claims with my insurances when the big pharmacy’s wouldn’t. Highly recommended them.

I picked up throat spray for a friend who just had their nose cauterized. The cashier ran my debit card as a credit card and printed my name then Covid 19. She never asked me debit or credit nor let me sign the pin pad!

This pharmacy advertises that you wouldn't buy gas at the drug store, so why buy CBD products at a gas station, I bought CBD oil for $25+, opened the bottle and couldn't reclose the bottle and the dropper didn't work properly. When I tried to exchange it, I was told to call the distributor, they couldn't take the return because it was opened! Maybe I would have been better off at the gas station.
