Today was my first visit to new concept and it was fabulous. Ashley is amazing at what she does. So knowledgeable and makes you aware of what to expect.. she was doing a color correction on my hair and I am absolutely blown away at what she was able to achieve! The staff are like family not colleagues. I can not wait for my next appointment!

Staff is friendly, accommodating, really listens to what you want and communicates effectively. They helped guide me through the process and were very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed it and will be back again! Ashley & Tracy were great!

I had two spray tans with Ashley and they were flawless!! my first time she thoroughly
explained the process, even making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. After washing off, it doesn’t look like a big change but after about 24 hours I had a beautifully, even, golden tan! I will be back and recommend anyone to Ashley!

Very happy with Ashley! I’ve been going to her for about 8 months now. I can honestly say she gave me one of the best color/cuts I’ve ever had. Everyone is very friendly also. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

I am a full time worker with 3 kids at home, and my self-care winds up being last on the list. However, I knew I had time today to do this for myself, and when I called they were able to fit me in for the day. When I went in there, I felt like I wasn't just a butt in the seat. I felt like I was being taken care of and made sure I was leaving happy. I felt that vibe among all the stylists and clients at that time as well. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This was hands down the best experience I have had in a long time. Ashley listened to me very closely and understood that I had been dealing with a bad color and cut situation that I needed to correct. She explained every step and her rationale for it and proceeded to leave me with happy tears when she was done. My new favorite place to be!

My mom and sister come here all the time for their hair. i’ve been here for a few times for haircuts, but I’ve been wanting to dye my hair for the longest time so I came in again and I definitely did not regret it. Even with so much time passing since my last visit, they welcomed me with open arms! They’re all very nice people and you can tell how passionate they are about what they do. Ashley did such an amazing job on my hair, she genuinely is so kind and talented. I’ve never dyed my hair prior to this appointment, and she made me feel really comfortable during the process which is SO Important when getting your hair done so they can make sure you love it! Everyone there did and continues to do such a great job every time and I will 100% be back! 🩷

Loved my experience at this salon! Christine did an amazing job with my hair - she was professional, attentive, caring, patient and really understood what I wanted. She made great recommendations, did not rush her time with me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Everyone in the salon is warm and welcoming - I highly recommend New Concepts!

Got a hair cut about 2 weeks ago with layers and curtain bangs + a fresh blow out. Absolutely loved it! I cut my hair myself a few months ago so it was super uneven walking in but my hair dresser Ashley (I believe) fixed it right up! She was also super nice and personable. I never get my hair done so I’m not really use to it but she made the process very comfortable. Also for a wash/cut/blow-out was only $45!! Which is an amazing price compared to other salons. I highly recommend new concepts!! -Giana
