I am very disappointed with my experience using the OceanFirst credit card. Rayinn and Rolanda from customer service showed a lack of knowledge about their own credit card products, which made resolving issues frustrating and slow. The upgrade process from the Platinum card to the Signature card is extremely confusing and poorly explained. After the upgrade, you have to wait 45 days before the card is fully converted and can start earning rewards, which is inconvenient and poorly communicated. Overall, the customer service and policies are disappointing, and I would not recommend this credit card to anyone looking for transparency and reliable support.

Tiffany at the desk in this location is awesome! Made opening a CD easy as pie. We had some good laughs and I love her desk decor! If i could rate her a 10 I would!

Miss the decor and personalized decor branch looks to sterile now miss the warm homey Shore feeling the paintings and things brought to the branch

I have been a customer at the Lacey Branch since they opened their doors. I have never experienced a bad situation or haven’t seen it with anyone else. The ladies are always courteous, professional and friendly. They are very helpful and welcoming. The branch is always clean and organized. It’s always a pleasure to go there. Nice job ladies, nice job.

Everyone in the Lacey branch is a huge help. I love going to the Lacey branch. Sarah and all the tellers are great, they even laugh at my stupid jokes.

Please, please, please keep the old system of checking your bank account by phone. The new assistant you have put in place is beyond horrible and hard to deal with. It's actually not possible to get all of the information that used to be so easy to get prior to the robotic assistant. I would like to give zero stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option.
