I would give 6 stars if I could!
After leaving the absolute trash pile of a PNC in Barnegat...managed by the most unhelpful, rude shrew of a woman I've ever met. To think she was even being paid for making PNC look that bad blows my mind. Needless to say I had low hopes walking into the next PNC location. I was already extremely upset, but that was changed immediately after being greeted by Kori. She made the simple process of getting a cashiers check...SIMPLE. Not only that, throughout the entire process she was so kind, caring, and polite. No one wants to be at work, but you couldn't tell for a second with her. She was bubbly, accurate, professional, and everything you could ever ask for as an employer. Was literally going to switch banks until that encounter. Turns out its the locations not the people. Thank you Kori for making such a rough day SO much better. Walked in miserable, walked out with a pep in my step. I hope someone sees this that can give her the recognition she deserves. People are getting nastier by the day, and this was the most refreshing experience. THANK YOU KORI!

Would not recommend banking here.
Was told we couldn’t cash our children’s savings bonds do to the kids accounts being custodial accounts only. We would have had to open checking account and then still wait 1 whole year to be able to cash them against a new account.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staff, especially Britney, who I have actually put in a formal complement for, but I have to beg of you to PLEASE get better ATMs. I cannot be spending 10 whole minutes waiting for it to count my cash or process the transaction that it’s already counted. I’ve heard before that ATMs take a long time counting your cash in order to give you confidence that it’s doing it correctly, but it does the exact opposite. It makes me extremely frustrated and consider switching banks, because I have never had this problem with ATM speed at any other banking institution. Not to mention there’s some sort of mechanism on the building’s automatic sliding door that bangs like a firework every time the door closes, so I’m standing in the vestibule already nervous because I’m standing there with cash out, and then hear what sounds like a gunshot go off behind me every single time that I have to brace for. One day I’m expecting that I’ll be bracing for it and it just doesn’t happen, but years later it is still happening. I think you should care more about the customer experience at this particular branch.

Cori is absolutely a heaven sent! I was looking for gold dollar coins for my son this Christmas and she was so on top of finding $20 worth to exchange my twenty dollar bill for. She was incredibly sweet and gave me a hug and wished me and my son a merry Christmas. She is professional and such a caring soul. I love going to the Lacey branch for my business!

Don't go there without an appointment! Or before 5pm so the 3 office people can go home by 6pm. Because they are so busy with 2 tellers and one customer. Terrible customer service

Both of us are senior retired medical professionals. We were really impressed with personalized svc since we switched all accts to PNC ~ 2010 after moving to NJ. Now having problems. e.g. Twice in 2 yrs have been refused notary service--THIS BRANCH!--for important documents...forcing us to go to UPS or back to the PA pnc branch where we used to live. We suggest avoid this branch for anything other than Deps/WDs, etc.

Been banking here for years. Never once had a bad experience. No pressure or hassle. Every time I go there I’m greeted warmly by an associate and they are always so pleasant. Kelly Jones to mention is a delight. She’s very knowledgeable about the products they sell and goes above and beyond to coordinate which product is best for you.
