Great staff and overall good standard gym. Only issue here is airflow it’s extremely stuffy and can be hard to breathe.

I go early in the morning, it's not crowded, the members are respectful, everyone just does their thing , in an out no fuss,I like that.

We are enjoying working out here. There are plenty of strength machines and cardio equipment, which are in excellent condition. The facility and locker rooms are clean. Always has close parking available. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I was visiting the area and looking for somewhere to work out a few times. Beth was super helpful in getting me set up for a trial pass. The gym is super well equipped, clean, and welcoming. I plan to come back when I visit for the holidays.

I'm 72 years old, and felt strange joining. But instead I have a very positive feeling for your gym. I'm very comfortable there. I attend every Mon Wed and Friday. Going for 3 months now, and my high blood pressure came way down. And I feel great. Your staff makes you feel comfortable.Only complaint is people sitting on machines and playing with their cell phone. I leave mine in my car.

I dont see any staff cleaning whenever I go. The last two times I went I got sick the next day. Might be a coincidence, might not be.

This location has all the best equipment needed and continually strives to maintain it. They care and listen to the members input and do their best to meet our needs. All ages workout here, friendly staff and clean facility.
