Super kind and helpful employees. I have used this pharmacy since it was built. I cannot say enough good things about it.💙

I understand the store is lacking but please cut them some slack, RiteAid as a corperation recently left bankruptcy and that means they have to actually start stocking stores again. My experiences have been plesant enough despite these circumatstances

I’ve been filling my prescriptions at Rite Aid for 26 years. When I moved I switched to the closest Rite Aid. This Rite Aid pharmacy has been horrible & rude on multiple occasions. They always say they are busy or short staffed. The final breaking point was today when I called to see if my medication was ready from a sick doctors appointment. I sat on hold for 22 minutes. I literally drove to the store to see if my medication was ready & when I got to the counter I get an attitude because I’m upset they can’t answer the phone. There were 5 people behind the counter & 3 customers in line. I literally got looks & attitude because they do not answer their phone. This is not the first time! It happens all the time! Needless to say I walked out & switched my pharmacy. Not only did they lose a long time pharmacy customer I also frequently shopped at the store. I will never enter a Rite Aid again.

Stevie in the pharmacy was a life saver helping me fill a prescription last minute. I appreciated her quick response and communication.

Hit or Miss, drive thru closes if short handed. If you call most of the time no answer. Improved slightly lately tho.

Horrendous. Blonde girl in a pink Floyd t shirt. She snarkily told me my script was expired, Expiation date was next year! With 2 refills!! I gave her my empty bottle to look at too. when I asked to see my bottle back then she "saw" it was still good. Then said she can't refill it because she didn't see it in her system. ? . The bottle said rite aid and the expiration date was next year. She said I needed to call my dr and get it sent over. I said whatever because I knew she was just incompetent -So I called the GOOD rite aid on Fischer, spoke to Vinny and he told me to come by after 2 today. I even told the girl I hate coming to this one in f.r because I always seem to have a problem only there. Gee I wonder why the stores are closing.

SO RUDE at night!!! I come to pick up my prescription, and I don't mind waiting, but they don't acknowledge me to say "One moment please" or anything. It was 20 minutes to 9pm and one of the technicians is complaining that people come to pick up their prescriptions that late. If you don't like your job... DONT WORK THERE! I ask them to change my phone number and the person helping me sighs in annoyance. Oh no! Im making you do your job! ? Absolutely insane.

On more than one occasion, I have dealt with a trainee who seems she can never be bothered with doing her job and acts like she wants to be somewhere else. Never seems to make me feel welcome when I’m there picking up my meds or getting vaccinated. If you are going to work in the public, you have to try and make people feel welcome regardless of what might be going on in your personal life.

Pharmacy was great in the past. On two occasions my prescription was called in and Rite Aid Pharmacist confirmed receipt of the prescription at 9:30 am. I was told they will fill the prescription and I will get a text when it’s done. I called at 1:28 (because I was on so much pain) and was told my prescription has been ready but they close the pharmacy till 2 pm because they all go to lunch at the same time. Just wondering if this was someone in excruciating pain to keep suffering with pain while they go to lunch. They should have a plan to not shut down the pharmacy. Maybe rotate employees so people can pick up their prescription so the whole department doesn’t shut down. I tried to explain to the lady who picked the phone that I was in some discomfort and her replay was well we are going to lunch come back later.
