FLORAL DEPARTMENT (WEDDING REVIEW)ShopRite florist are outstanding! I am not really into the whole flower thing and it was not a main priority for our wedding day, but when I heard that ShopRite florist did wedding bouquets, I jumped right on it. Their pricing is very reasonable and communication was professional. I ended up just getting 9 bouquets and 2 boutonnieres and 1 corsage and they all came out beautiful. Pick up was super easy and how they were packaged was just outstanding. We were expecting them to be in cardboard boxes or something simple, but each bouquets was individually packed in their own beautiful bag with handles and in a glass vase to keep them alive! We were very impressed.

A very nice food shopping store. They have a great selection of meats, bakery and seafood. There frozen food selection is huge. Friendly staff.

I know the ShopRite is too far from me but I come especially to see Tara. I go on self scan and she helps me with everything. I ask many questions and I need a help for everything and she is the best!! Thank you Tara for everything answering and helping me for all my ridiculous questions.. you are the best and stay there forever.?

Ordered deli online, went shopping and then to the deli at time it said it would be done and nothing. Waited 20 more minutes and still nothing. Decided to get presided due to long wait. Then tried self checkout and was stopped and told I had to go wait in another lane. Never again!

Terrible and getting worse every week. The new owners are cutting corners anyway they can and the customers are suffering for it. A couple of months ago, I wanted to purchase a birthday cake with strawberries and the strawberries on top of the cake were MOULDY! I bought a different cake and it was frozen, meaning that cake was baked, frozen, and stored for who knows how long. One bag of potatoes I bought had and extremely strong smell of ammonia when I opened it and the potatoes were GREEN. Another bag I bought had nothing but bruised and rotten potatoes in it. A third bag had extremely dirty potatoes along with a rotten potato. Frozen shrimp sold under the "Bowl and Basket" brand were mushy and inedible. My favorite brand of good quality olive oil is no longer carried, nor is the deodorant I use. (very common brand and type) Lastly, I was shopping yesterday and the person who pulls the food off the shelves for the shop at home orders was PICKING HIS NOSE while looking for the items in an order.

I have been going to Lacey Shop Rite since it was on the other side of the mall at least 40 plus years. Since the new owner took over, poor low quality of items,freshness,dates and Sunday new sale items are never in stock and there is no one to help including poor management (items that I ask them about they don't know the product ,the managers before would order items for their customers)And workers attitudes are just as poor except a couple original workers who have always been good and 1 new young lady working Dearborn Farms up front who is a pleasure. I have complaints from today but I'm so fed up I'm just going to go to Acme in Barnegat fully stocked and professional workers.

Check your expiration dates when buying food. Numerous of times I get home and it’s out dated by weeks to even a month, called them and they aren’t to worried about it cause it keeps happening. Shoperite fell off

Since the new owners have taken over I have seen a huge decline in quality of the produce section and a drastic increase in prices. Unfortunately, I have to shop more at Target, Costco, Aldi, and Lidle, which unfortunately, do not have all the products I'm looking for in one place but I can definitely save more. I'm also shocked that they are not realizing that they are losing so many of their customers. It used to be a struggle to get a parking spot in there and it was mobbed in there. Now most of the time it's a ghost town compared the way it used to be.

In 30 years of marriage, we’ve only ever shopped at a ShopRite wherever we lived. We never had a problem with spoiled food until we moved into Lacey Township a year and a half ago. We’ve returned pork three times within a day of buying it as it smelled rancid. Many times milk and half and half expires a week before the last sale date. Spring mix in the plastic container lasts three days before spoiling, even when we put paper towels inside the container. We’ve already switched buying these items from another local store. If there was an Acme or Stop n Shop close by, we’d be switching over to them for all our groceries.

I've been a loyal customer for 34 years. Shop rite has always been top rated. However, since the recent change over to new owners, things have drastically changed. I've been patient by allowing the excuse of covid to let things slide. What's your excuse now? Today the fish department stunk as well as the meat department .What's going on?

The new owners are not providing us with the brands we like. Goods are molded 2 days after purchase and way too much "extra goods" being sold instead of food and cleaning items. Trying to compete with Walmart doesn't work. Do better for your customers please. We have high standards from the previous owners. Disappointed ?

I usually shop Tuesday mornings and never have a problem. Produce is fresh and fully stocked, cashiers are friendly and always offer to bag. Recently I had to do my shopping on a Monday evening and couldn't believe the difference! The produce was old and much was out of stock. I placed a deli order through the app while the deli was still open. They never filled my order. When I looked for it, the deli worker cleaning was rude and down right mean. After paying, I went to customer service to share my concerns and they couldn't care less. All I basically got was a shoulder shrug. I think I'll go back to ordering my groceries from Peapod. Their customier service is outstanding.

I am very disappointed that I custom cake I ordered via the app was prepared in the wrong color. White instead of violet. Completely wrong for the 80th birthday color scheme. My order clearly states violet and the bakery person acknowledged that but no decorator there to fix it. I could have bought a white cake from the display case gor half the price. BEWARE!!!
