Currently writing this while waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes bc I tried to take out money from ATM and was flagged as fraud. I wish I could give TD 0 stars. This bank has put me through so much hell. TD Bank is the only bank where they lock up your money like Fort Knox AGAINST YOU, THEIR CUSTOMERS, but let anyone else steal money from their customers bank accounts. I’ve had my whole account wiped from Florida THREE TIMES and I’ve never stepped foot in Florida in my life. But anytime I need to pull out money or pay in stores my card is flagged left and right for fraud. These are places I’ve been to before! I’ve had my TD bank chip stop working 5 times over a 3 year timespan. The ATM is NEVER working at this location and the barnegat one. Sometimes I have to travel 20 minutes away to go to a TD ATM. The ATM will be out of commission for more than a month at a time and no one cares. It’s to the point I have no trust in my TD card to dependably pay for things when I’m out, so I am finally done with this bank.

This has to be the worst TD Bank. I've ever seen in my life. And I love TD Bank, but this one here they don't wan to do their job. Arrogant won't even greet you. It's like they don't want to Work. Avoid this TD Bank, trust me I've been a customer with t d bank since Started as TD Bank. There's no words for the Manager the teller I don't have nothing good to say.I can go on and on and on.I'm just gonna stop trust Me, stay away I had to come back on here. I read some of the recent reviews. I'm not the only one complaining about the same thing they're understaffed. And they don't want to work. They're not being paid enough, I guess I'm telling you, this bank is a joke.Should be shut down.I wish I knew how to get hold of corporateI'm telling you, this bank is a joke. Should be shut down. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. We had an issue with depositing a check into our business check where it deposited double the amount that was on the check. Our client called us frantically and to help save face we jumped right on it stupidly assuming the branch would be able to help. From the teller to the branch manager we were given an attitude and the blame was put on us since we used the atm and approved the amount deposited. We took ownership that we should have been extra careful when using the ATM but the attitude wasn’t needed. The isssue is still on going. We took care of our client because we actually care unlike TD. My husband has been a client of TD for years, myself for two. Once this issue is resolved we are pulling all our accounts and using a local bank.

just waited 30 minutes, during lunch hour understaffed 2 people servicing 4 people waiting to sit down for an associate, and 5 people waiting for a teller, save your time go elsewhere, poor management.

Horrible customer service in the last several years, wait times are long and they do as little as possible to help. We will likely be switching banks.

The service is ok but I can never get my money in time why do I have to wait for my money it’s Christmas time I need to go shopping for my family and there’s a hold on my money thanks to td bank in Lacey for now on I’m going to bayville td bank Lacey sucks

You hold your breath when you go in this bank and make any kind of transaction. I've been with TD Bank for a long time and this branch always seems to either give the wrong information. It seems like they put people in leadership positions who don't know just look like you're in charge and fake it til you make it. It's been this way for a couple of years.

Great service. I was acknowledged immediately when I entered the bank. I was in and out of the bank within 15 minutes, which is very reasonable. People over exaggerate with the 1 star reviews.

Like Pulling Teeth to get MY money out of this bank , I asked for $6500 large, "OH NO YOU HAVE TO ORDER THAT" ok ill wait ! " ALL I HAVE IS $20s" thats ok "What's your occupation ?" retired, "RETIRED FROM WHAT "are you kidding me , this RUDE teller acted like it was HER money ,and I was taking it , end of story was she gave it up all 100 bills ,it was in her drawl,, why make such a big deal ? Nobody asked me where I got the money from when I deposited it , im done with TD !

Bad experience with that agent Samantha she is rude not nice at all she make everything difficult I have 3 accounts with this bank and been with them more then 4 years and she keep asking about snn 3 time she even made me email my snn to her she looks like she have problem with immigrants she throws papers don’t give it nice and she wasting my time with making mistakes by putting only 30% of the money that im trying to deposit
