My husband and I were beyond pleased with our recent experience at Hyundai of Lester Glenn in Toms River! From the moment we received the initial call from Amanda encouraging us to come in, we felt positively about visiting the location. Her friendly, no-pressure approach was welcoming and set the tone for what would be an exceptional experience.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Dave Beaton, who turned out to be an absolute gem of a sales agent. Dave took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge of the Tucson was impressive, and he answered every single one of our questions with patience and genuine enthusiasm. You can tell Dave truly cares about matching people with the right vehicle, not just making a sale.
The dealership itself has such a welcoming atmosphere—clean, comfortable, and professionally run. But what really sets this place apart is the people. When I had the opportunity to meet with Craig, the manager, it was clear that the exceptional service flows from the top down. Craig was attentive, personable, and went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

“I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my Traverse RS. My service advisor, James Ippolitto, approached me promptly, greeted me with a smile and told me he would be taking care of me today. He was very friendly and personable. He already had all my information and escorted me to the waiting area. Shortly after I received a text from him stating that if I should have any questions or concerns regarding my automobile I could text him. My SUV was done quickly! They called me within 30 minutes of making the appointment to tell me they did not have the tires, but could order them and have them there that day. Staff was professional and provided great communication from start to finish. My only complaint is they didn't set the tire pressure once they replaced them. My tires should be set at 33 psi, and I left with my tires ranging from 35- 40.”

“Bayville AutoCare is the Best! I went there for an oil change and it only took about 45 mins with no appointment! The place feels like home. They have free coffee, a pin ball machine, race track, toy trucks, and a fish tank. The guys are very friendly and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. “Bill at Goodyear/ Quality Tire & Auto Repair Shop was an absolute lifesaver. My family and I were stranded six hours from home on a holiday weekend due to an alternator failure, and when every other place turned us away, Bill and Bradley stepped up. They took a terrible situation and made it so much less stressful. These guys truly care about people, not just cars.
I really hope corporate reads this, because this level of service is rare. Bill and Bradley went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road, and I was beyond impressed with their professionalism, kindness, and urgency.
For anyone in the area, this is the go-to place for automotive needs. I stopped at Mavis first, and it was clear they were more focused on flipping cars than helping someone in need. Don’t waste your time anywhere else—Goodyear is where you’ll be treated right.

“Needed to badly get my Mud Terrians off my 6.7L F350 and put on some All Terrians. Every other big name brand tire service center takes your truck for the day. I'm a small business owner and needed my truck done immediately. The crew over at Bandag had my new tires balanced and on in 40 minutes. “Tom and John were amazing!!! My service engine light had some on, I did not have an appointment, and they took me right in. After the free diagnostic test, Tom came out explained the issue was the thermometer and what was happing with the broken thermometer. Tom and John gave me the prices all broken out, parts labor etc.... that was greatly appreciated. I choose to proceed; Tom came out from time to time to let me know the progress. I then asked Tom while the car was there could they ddo an oil change and rotate the tires.... No problem done!!! This is all very important because in May I had contacted the corporate office because I believed the service manager at that time was up charging customers. I swore I would never step foot in there again. Cody the regional manager went down there and observed and did what needed to be done. Last week my sister was here from out of town, unbeknown to me she stopped at Mavis, she had an issue on her ride down with car. When she came, she proceeded to tell me how wonderful Mark was and what he had done for her. Brought her car in, noticed who had done her oil change didn't put a plate back on correctly, fixed the plate and didn't charge her. I had to call to thank him. Amazing customer service!!!!! After all this I have to say, Mavis is what Mavis used to be if not better!!!! I highly recommend Mavis in Bayville. Phenomenal customer service, excellent mechanics and I really believe a place that can be trusted. Cody when you brought John, Tom and Mark in you hit the jackpot. They truly are and asset to your establishment and I will return and recommend them over and over again. Thank you!!!!”
